First met with Manny to review my house for central air replacement. He went through the entire process and at the end of the day, he offered a complete solution for us and when they performed the install. I was impressed. They worked faster than expected and did a super clean job. We have had our new air conditioner for about a week now and what a huge difference. Better air flow and cools the house down very fast. Polar is the one to turn to for HVAC.

I had a super bad issue that included my A/C burst into flames! I needed a new unit ASAP and called most everyone in town as a family member has terminal cancer. Thank God for Manny at Polar as he was at my home within a hour and had a brand new unit installed the same day. I'm still waiting for the others to call back. The installation crew did a great job also.

So we woke up in the morning and noticed even though the thermostat was set to 75 the temperature in the house was 79. I waited until around 9:30 a.m. to contact Polar Cooling. I found them via the internet and checked their yelp rating. They have one bad review but that is from outside of the Yuma area so I discounted it, as all the local ratings are 5 stars. My entire experience with the local team was delightful to say the least. I called and they answered the phone promptly. As I said l called at 9:30 a.m. and was only hoping they could make it out sometime the same day. I was happy

We've had Manny from Polar Cooling out a few different times to our home and to some of our rental properties. He is extremely thorough and very informative with answers to all my questions (and I have a lot of questions). I asked him about replacing some of our older units and he gave me some options but wasn't pushy about selling a new unit. I REALLY appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy. No heat from our heat pump. Called Polar Cooling because they had been very fair serving my moms unit. Tech was here within 2 hrs. Got a quote from both Daniel to repair and Manny to replace. No pressure from either one on which choice to make. Chose to replace and upgrade to a larger unit. Called on Thurs afternoon was offered to have it in next day. Chose Monday. Due to job ahead taking longer they were a bit past time I was given but Manny kept me updated. The crew arrived and in 2 hrs my new unit was in and working. Very impressed with this company. Had them come do a second opinion on my current issue due to my Home Warranty company sending All Seasons Heating and Cooling out to my residence to diagnose my issue. I advised them what I had going on and they found the issue in a matter of minutes after looking in my attic.

Very Impressed! I called because I was having rain from my ceiling vent, and I would need to "defrost" my system, nearly daily - ruining many brand new air filters. Within 15 minutes of my call, Rob showed up to check the system. Very nice, professional - and indulged me with teaching me the system. He checked the entire system, cleaned out the plug - and only charged me $75.00. Had I known where/how to fix myself, I wouldn't have needed to call for Service, but I'm glad I did. Now I know. I can't say enough about this company - will use them again without hesitation

My parents purchased a unit from them in May of 2009. They came out to their house, installed it, and never put back the roof tiles that they removed. They left it stacked on our roof next to the new unit. It took them weeks to come back out to put the roof tiles back, after my mom kept calling them. Less than a year later, the new unit stopped working properly. It was getting hot, and AC did not work anymore. It would turn on and blow air, but never cooled the house. My mom called and someone came to fix it. Even though it was still under the one year warranty, they still charged. Winter of 2010
