The technician did a good job. But the office didn’t tell me they will charge me after hour rate. I don’t have urgent need to repair my heater. Also they charged me the holiday rate. Completely ripped me off. I really appreciate if they can keep me transparent about the cost. Over three hundreds for 1 hour work. I will never use them again!!!

Technician on time, cleaned and repaired our HVAC system that was not working well on the house we just bought. Explained everything, quickly and efficiently fixed the problem and keft us with a like new system that works beautifully. Also more affordable than other companies we checked. Came home to a 95F house with a/c still running but obviously not cooling. Of course it was 7pm, Friday before a holiday weekend. Called One Hour A/C and Heating and they sent Tony over within an hour. He was very professional and was able to troubleshoot a few different issues and complete the repairs that evening. He explained what he was doing the entire time. Their pricing was straight forward and they carry all of the supplies on their trucks. There is a fee for emergency service, but they let you know on phone before they send a technician. Thanks very much Tony. I would use them again.

We needed to get our air conditioner checked out on a very, very hot Sunday in August. We called and Tony came out promptly and did everything he could to get it working and explained our options to us. We ended up needing a new unit and once again, Tony and One Hour Air was able to find a replacement a/c and finished the job . We are so pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend this company and their employees.
