There had been a couple of misses in communication but that is to be expected every now and then as nobody is perfect! I used the old reviews to make the call. They pointed me to a website which was confusing. They don't have a flat rate estimate. They came over and gave me an estimate. See image attached for your own reference. For the 2 bedroom 2 bath, the estimate was $450. I was hoping it would be a lot lesser considering that the day before itself I managed to get someone else to perform a deep cleaning. No cleaning requested.

Called and asked to speak with the owner regarding some move out cleaning from website, and about this company's cleaning services. Male answered in non-business like fashion, was highly defensive and refused to provide owner's name or even his name. I asked again, who am I speaking with(?) and he hung up. Called back a few minutes later and same person answered. This time after some wasted back and forth that he initiated, he said he's Freddy. Asked if he was the owner and he told me to go figure that out online, so I hung up. Good riddance! Not that he'd know what that means

Wow, I needed a deep cleaning to get my house on the market and Terra Cleaning found an opening for me. Three lovely ladies came and in three hours my home was in great shape. Terra Cleaning is coming to wash windows in a couple of days; I can't wait. Terra Cleaning to the rescue!!!
Update- when I moved into my condo 7 years ago, the floor of the 'shower insert' was stained. I tried several different products to clean it and gave up. The cleaning angels from TC made it look brand new. I'm amazed!! And I love the toilet paper bows!!!!

I am so happy after maid shopping (and testing) for months, we finally found the right team of house cleaning. Terra Cleaning Services has gotten the keys to my apartment and the house in under two visits, with plans to frequent either one at least twice a week. Their rates are reasonable... for the quality! We recently just moved to the Morgan Hill area and wanted to have a regular cleaning of our home. Freddy came out and visited our home to estimate the scheduled cleaning. He was energetic and thorough with his observation. He also recommended products to use for our hardwood floor and marble kitchen top. I especially like his friendliness and flexibility when it comes to scheduling. Freddy runs his business as a person, not as a boss to his employees. He would roll up his sleeve and work with his people.
