Got quoted for $750 to fix my ac and furnace. I had to produce the R22 for the ac(roughly 10lbs) or be charged $100 per pound which is a sky high because I bought 15lbs for around $400 elsewhere. They came and “fixed” my ac and couldn’t get the part to fix met furnace. Turns out the never fixed my ac as it was leaking the very next day and the part “needed” to fix my furnace only needed cleaned which I did myself. They still wanted almost $700 for not fixing anything

When I see 13 people have left 5 Stars it begs the question on why no one has had a bad experience with this business? Well I will assume he has 13 good friends. Our experience was not 5 Stars. Mr. Sorick was called to the residence for a warranty inspection because he is an Authorized Dealer of Bryant (I do not know how). I spoke to him personally to do a warranty inspection on a primary heat exchanger. He was persistent on coming to our home. Most consumer predators act in a manner consistent with persistence. My wife was working home that day so I advised him he could stop by and "

This has been a great experience. I worked for a heating and remodeling firm for years before they closed so when my heat exchanger cracked this week i was lost as to call. Jeff and his crew were PUNCTUAL, courteous and informative. I feel the modifications were reasonable as explained and the Bryant products I purchased will be an asset to my home and price was fair. I would strongly recommend them!

Fast and courteous service! My furnace inducer motor went bad over the weekend. I received a call back just before 8am after submitting a home warranty service request and the HVAC technician, Don was here by 8:45am. He quickly identified the problem and was back with a replacement inducer motor in no time. Highly recommended.
