What a terrible experience. The technicians are professional, but the office administrator and the owner have absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever. My a/c unit has been broken since the end of July. The technician came and worked on it but said there is likely a leak somewhere in the system. He did something that fixed it temporarily—it started leaking again last week. He came and replaced a different part, said hopefully it will get you through the season but there is still a leak inside somewhere. I called the office to ask what would happen if it broke again as he literally told

I had Eric fix my furnace today, he was super polite, knowledgeable. with having a limited budget and being a single mother I feel like he cared and did not judge me, and strictly worried about getting my heat to work with the cold weather quickly approaching. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be the first place I will call when I need anything involving my heating and cooling needs. Elite you are lucky to have a employee like him!
