Bryan Reisz was our technician. He was on time and professional. Serviced my rather ancient furnace and gave advice on the replacement I will likely need in the next few years. The filter he replaced was at a better price than when we had replaced it ourselves in previous years. Highly recommend this company.

I moved into my home 3 years ago knowing the oil furnace was fairly new. It is a scary beast so I just ignored it which is contrary to my preventive maintenance mindset. So this year I researched several companies and called a few. Very impressed with Donahue's, Inc "full coverage" website, knowledgeable and friendly receptionist, Cassandra, and the competitive price for a routine maintenance checkup. So far so good....but wait it gets better!

We had our bi-annual service yesterday, and our serviceman, Bryan Reisz, was very professional and personable. He took time to answer our questions, and gave us suggestions for better owner maintenance. But the highest praise we can give Bryan is this... our cat stayed out the entire time Bryan was here, he never hid, and even rubbed against him. We trust our cat to let us know who is trustworthy, and who isn't... Bryan is welcome anytime.

I couldn’t ask for a better professional team of Bill and Levi. Called before they arrived so I knew they were on their way, friendly with a positive and professional attitude. All questions were answered and a font of information given. I would highly recommend Donahue Heating and Air Conditioning. Service was 100% from the time I first called them until the time the service was finish. Cleaned up well and placed covering on floor with covers also over their shoes. I can’t say enough of how pleased and confident I am that I chosen them. A+++++

The office confirmed the appointment for service and rescheduled it to avoid a conflict with a last minute commitment I had. The Service Technician, Rod, called to let me know when he was on his way. Both technicians were courteous and professional, wore shoe covers when they entered, cleaned up when they were finished, and answered additional questions I had about the furnace set-up and upgrade options. The price was very reasonable for the service. I would use them for future heating and AC service.

The Donahue Service Technician, Rod D., was timely, professional and thorough when it came to performing preseason maintenance on our furnace. He was clean and tidy which is important to us as well.
Also, kudos to the gal answering the phone at the office. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and made sure the proper UV light and humidifier filter was available to bring to our house.
I feel good about calling Donahue's and the interaction we've had with their personnel. I feel confident they will be our choice going forward when it comes to service on our Furnace/AC.

The technicians are professional, knowledgeable, thorough and always take the time to listen and followup on every concern. Mel was certainly no exception! I recently purchased a new much older home. The boiler is ancient and I really needed someone to get it up and running, make sure things were working properly, and to explain how to use it! When Mel showed up she was awesome very knowledgeable and super kind. She didn't try to scare me into anything I didn't need. Flat rate! I love the coupons on… the site (for a single mom on a budget I was excited about the price)!! They got me a fast appointment. Recently we were having some issues with our central air unit. I wasn't really sure who to call, but after reading such good reviews, I decided on Donahue's Heating & Cooling. I am so glad I decided to go with them. We were able to get an appointment right away (within 1 day), and the technician who came to our house was friendly, and definitely knew his stuff. He was able to fix our problem and it was at a very fair price. I will continue to use Donahue's in the future!
