Jonny and his team did a great job. Very responsive when I first inquired. We scheduled an appointment and he even delayed his own personal vacation to fit me in before the holiday's!
I definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. They were professional, high quality and treated me well!!! 5 Stars!

Johnny called ahead, showed up early, allowed me to change my plans on the fly! Cleaned my recliners! Who knew they were soooo dirty! The carpet looks and smells great. He is hard-working, professional, and knowledgeable about stains and cleaning. Would highly recommend him!

I had an appointment scheduled for 4/17/2021 at 8:00 am with Jonny’s Carpet Cleaning. I received a text from Jonny at 8:07 saying he would be 20 minutes late. I find this unprofessional as I schedule my day around this appointment. After arriving almost 30 minutes late, Jonny tells me that he is unable to clean my carpets as he doesn’t have the proper tool that would fit on my kitchen faucet in order to clean my carpets. During our initial conversation on 4/12/2021, I expressed to Jonny that I reside in a townhouse. A professional would have accessed the property prior to the appointment date

Jonny is very knowledgeable when it comes to carpet cleaning and treating areas with pet accidents. He first came in with a UV black light light to detect it and explained the process on what needed to be recommended for the cleaning. It has been about six hours and the carpet looks fabulous. Thank you Jonny for saving my carpet I will be calling you in the next 6 months. 😊
