DVA Carpet cleaning guys were nice but when it came to carpet cleaning they really under performed. Maybe it was the speed at which they were rushing through the carpets but after the carpets were cleaned, I used my battery powered Dyson and picked up cups full of dirt from the carpet. How can this be? The picture of the dirt in my vacuum is only 1 of the 4 bedrooms they did. Now this is the in-laws house so I don’t ever vacuum their house but I am temporarily staying there right now and had this done as a favor for them.

Couldn't be happier with the cleaning services DVA provided for our home this morning. He was right on time for our scheduled appointment, polite and professional. My respect to anyone who takes pride in the work they provide as Dennis definitely does. We opted for the pet cleaning treatment because our dogs tend to leave a mess and the carpet looked and smelled wonderful after our cleaning. We will definitely continue to use DVA for all of our carpet cleaning needs in the future

It was a pleasure working with Dennis and writing this review. Dennis was responsive to my every inquiry. He replied within minutes. He explained and showed me how he came to the conclusion that there could have possibly been a pet at our new home. He gave me a definite appointment time right away and was there early ready to set up. He has a great personality and did an excellent job on our carpet. It was thoroughly cleaned and done in a timely manner. He explained what took place and how best to keep the carpet in nice condition. I would definitely use him again and refer him to others.

What great service you provided, Dennis. I called DVA carpet cleaning and Dennis was very kind and friendly. He came to my house to give me an estimate and after shopping around for a while, I decided to call DVA back. He provided the best prices and great equipment as well! So Dennis came today to clean my carpets and tile and bathroom and laundry room. When we did the inspection when everything was done, I loved how clean and detailed he was. He went as far as to slide my fridge and stove back in their place. Thank you. You did a great job. I will call you later on for my sofas and other stuff

Called Dennis on Friday after going through a bunch of other company's on yelp. He had good reviews and was the best price for what I wanted to do (3 rooms and a couch). He came out the next day and my carpets look as good as new. He also had laid down fans so the downstairs was dry by the time he left. The upstairs took a couple hours to dry but it wasn't a big deal. Would use him again and highly recommend!

Dennis came right on time. I love when people respect the agreed upon time so I was happy from the start. He was so kind, friendly and professional. He was up front about cost and his prices are great for the amount work he does. He did a pretreatment and it smelled amazing. He had this really awesome tool that scrubbed my carpet before he brought the cleaner in. I was shocked at what came out. He then brought in the cleaning equipment. Today I requested service from DVA Carpet Cleaning for the second time; they are my go to Carpet and upholstery cleaner! There is no carpet/upholstery cleaner that measures up!
