I woke up to water pouring into my living room right next to the Christmas tree! Norfolk Plumbing was called by my landlord soon after. They arrived quickly and found the leak just as fast. They were very helpful clean and friendly. I was so impressed with them. The plumber made sure that everything was clean before he left.
We had a plumber from another company come earlier this year and he was 1.5hrs late and didn't leave until late into the night. I was expecting similar experience. I am so happy that my whole day wasn't wasted.

Alex and Matt delivered a Thanksgiving miracle! Of course my sewer line backed up the day before I hosted Thanksgiving dinner for the first time. Thankfully, Alex and Matt came out quickly, they were so professional, and saved the day! In May I called Norfolk Plumbing to unclog a drain at a rental unit. The drain was cleared, and I paid. I went round the rental today and noticed a very rusted pipe, so I took a closer look and was shocked to find how they left the pipe after cutting a hole in it to clear. I have been using this company for 20 years, so I called them and explained what I found. I asked if I could send an image and they gave me a phone # to send the image to. Since then, crickets. My emails and texts have gone unanswered and when I called, they would not pick up. This is clearly intentional as when they can not

This winter, Alex diagnosed a poor install job on my Navien combi-boiler (Michael & Son install!) that caused heat exchanger failure. After attempting an unsuccessful part swap, Alex was able to get me a warranty replacement unit. Alex then meticulously pre-configured the new unit for install with all the controllers, traps, and filters that the prior company *failed* to even consider; even fixed the intake. I really appreciated the detailed walk-through of the issues from Alex, the regular updates, and his patience and attention to detail.

Norfolk Plumbing is awesome! We have a home built in 1897 and Norfolk Plumbing did a great job re-plumbing much of it and installing new fixtures throughout the house, about 7 years ago. It's all been working perfectly and, in the meantime, we've relied on them for everything from a clogged sewer line outside the home to replacing a sink we broke, and even retrieving something dropped in the sink! They are always responsive, professional, stand by their work and decent price.

We had a plumbing emergency today (Sat.) And it naturally had to be late in the afternoon. I called Norfolk plumbing and received a call back from the technician within minutes. On top of that, Mike responded out immediately. The service was amazing and he definitely knew what he was doing and talking about. Mike was able to fix the problem in no time and get us back on track. Highly recommended and will definitely be using Norfolk plumbing from now on, and that is not something I say lightly. 100% impressed. Thank you Mike!

Today was my first experience with Norfolk Plumbing, and it was a great one. Ridge and another gentleman from the company came by to fix a leaking toilet for me. They arrived on time, worked quickly to fix the problem, cleaned up after themselves and were both very pleasant and personable. They also had a lot of patience with my dog, Bailey, who insisted on trying to "help" them.

No, no, no, no! We called these guys twice in six months because of a leak from the upstairs bathroom with a leak on the ceiling downstairs. They came out once, said they fixed the problem and charged us $150, three months later, we had to call them again for the same issue. They came out again and said the piece needed to be replaced so they charged $350 this time. Two months later, I have a huge water stain on the ceiling again and when I called desperate, to ask for some to come and fix the issue once and for all, they tried to charge me $300/hr for emergency rate. Kitchen sink: plumber snaked it out. About an hour after he left, I turned on the water to do dishes and water comes pouring out of the cabinet under the sink. The cause of the leak wasn't the plumber's fault as it had rusted through, but I was very frustrated that he hadn't run the water to check the plumbing when he completed his work. Now the sink was down for another few days until we could coordinate them coming back out. They returned to fix the rusted

I called to see if I could get a discount if the company would flush the electric water heaters of all owners in the small condominium building. They said they don't recommend flushing electric water heaters. The lady kinda seem surprised I asked & repeated it back to me. What? I told them I wasn't comfortable doing business with a plumbing company that questioned flushing a water heater. I bought a home owner protection policy with the extra super duper protection for my plumbing hvac system etc, the "protection folks" sent out a company whose serviceman/child stated basically the water damage on my first floor ceiling looked old and when he pushed on the ceiling if it was a leak his finger would go through it and then asked me if I want him to cut a hole in the ceiling to find out what was leaking.. I requested work done in October. I called to get an update on what was done (my rental property) and Betty indicated she couldn't get an update--the paperwork hadn't been done. I called about a week later and was told they were behind and still hadn't done the bill. I indicated I had moved. My boys thought it would be really fun to flush a bamboo plant down their toilet and clog it up. We thought we had fixed it, and everything seemed to work fine. But surprise, it wasn't fixed, and what started as a clogged toilet turned into our whole sewer line backing up into our house. Norfolk Plumbing was prompt and quickly cleared our line. I am actually disgusted with how poorly I was treated on the telephone by a woman called Lisa when I called this afternoon to inquire about my appointment. The appointment window was 12-4pm and no one had shown as of 4pm.

We had a leak in our ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. The guys came out and assessed they would need a contractor to take a look first before they sawed through our bathroom floor to explore further. They wanted to ensure the floor was structurally sound. Contractor came out and assessed the floor didn't need to be cut and called the plumbers back out to fix the leak located in the radiator pipes which were boxed in near floor. The guys fixed it quick and I still have my floor intact. I really appreciate them taking their time and evaluating everything before making a rash decision
