When I went to the site it had a date stamp of the date I was checking the Heating Oil Lady oil prices but when I called the company number and some girl answered she gave a different quote of what the oil price was. She seemed nice but I felt like it was all a bit sketchy so I called another oil company.

Asked them to deliver oil. They questioned if my tank was fixed or not, I told them it was. They said they need to send someone out to check and it was going to cost me $ as if they didn't believe me. Scam company just trying to screw their customers. They also sent out someone to clean my furnace, the man said it needed a new pump because bolts were stripped. I had a friend look at it and that part was never replaced. They screwed me out of $150. Taking advantage of people should be illegal. Do not use this company.

Very disappointed in the lack of communication with this company. I called Saturday 12/5 and asked for delivery. She confirmed it would come December 8th. I called on the 8th around 2pm to make sure they were still coming since the roads were icy and we were out of oil. The woman I spoke to said that she thought my scheduled delivery was a mistake and moved me without telling us. She assured me it would be delivered "first thing" today 12/9 but they have not delivered so we STILL have no oil (and I called to ask where it was- told it was 3 stops away and that was over an hour ago). This is my second time ordering oil from The Heating Oil Lady. First time everything went fine, low price, so i ordered again. I ordered online on sunday, and online price for massachusetts for 100 gallons was 2.30. They called me on monday quoted me 2.30 a gallon for 100 gallons. I was told they could only deliver 125 gallons which on website it says the minimum is 100. She said ok. Tuesday they deliver the oil. They gave me 125 gallons at 2.35 not 2.30. I go online to see if prices went up....nope they went down and price is now 2.25. So they charged me 10 cents more a gallon, pumped 125 gallons

Don't worry about the negative reviews. This is a small family-run company that has gone through some changes in management. I have had a successful relationship with The Heating Oil Lady for at least five years. Their rates are low and always based on market prices. I had an emergency outage this morning, and they were here *within the hour.* You just have to ask. The repairman, Nelson, is fantastic and his rates are quite reasonable. I've dealt with other oil providers and they were rip-off artists though I was paying far more. They take most forms of payment, including check from repeat

I ordered oil on Wednesday, 1/3. They told me it would be delivered on Saturday, 1/7. Called on Saturday and got vm saying due to storm - would be delayed one day. Left message to determine if delivery was on Sunday or Monday. Got call back on Sunday and they said they could not find my order. After being on hold for 10 minutes, they told me they would keep looking and call me back. After two hours with no call-back, I called them back. Someone else answered and said someone cancelled my order. They could not tell me who. I never cancelled my order. I was not happy. They said they would deliver
