BE WARNED: Do not contract this company! You will be sorry. They are terrible, unprofessional and useless. They were contracted to install a Generac Generator. After giving them a deposit and waiting six months they still could not get a generator. I then had to acquire generator on my own and they couldn't get it installed correctly and had to have someone else finish the job. Their solution was to tell me it was not their problem.

I was moving into a new house and John was super accommodating to coming out and inspecting my propane tank and oil tank. He ran a line the day I moved in so I could install a gas top stove, and checked in on the service frequently. One stop show, very professional and true to their word. A bit pricier than a couple other oil companies I researched but the level of service makes up for it.

We have been a customer of Dupuis for 2yrs for delivery of oil and a annual cleaning. They had serviced the house before we owned it for many years . Had a small drip from the bottom of our oil tank. Called Dupuis to come inspect our tank. Their tech came out crawled under the tank and reached up behind the tank and said there is a leak atleast half way up the tank and cannot be patched because of location, going to need a new tank. Contractors came out later that day to replace the tank, as I was curious were this leak was as the tank was already out and on the back of the truck me and 2 of the

I've been a very satisfied customer for 27+ years. When I was a real estate investor, we purchased multiple oil burners in one year only to have problems with defective products. Pete was great to deal with and helped us resolve all issues. Years later when a plumber installed the wrong oil tank in my brand new house, Dupuis again came out and handled the issue. Just moved in and the only way they would look at the boiler that they have serviced for past 15 years was for me to sign and pay for a contract.
Based on the condition of the boiler and past poor repairs I decided my business was not important to them.

I've been with Dupuis for about 10 years. Overall a good experience except for the propane side. Last November my stove stopped working and I needed a replacement. It's been 6 month. emailing back and forth with Dupuis and nothing has changed. I don't understand. The oil side good. The propane side...?

After 17 summers as a renter, we bought a beach house in Sandhill Cove, on Point Judith. The letter we received from Buckley Heating & Cooling of Wakefield was something like this:

We've been in our home for 3 years now which came fitted with Petro service for years prior. Petro was terrible so we switched to Santoro. Santoro was okay but Dupuis is the best service we've received. Ann was an absolute delight and offered great rates. This was the first time of all 3 companies the the rep was so thorough in explaining our system and gave honest recommendations. We trust her and this family run business!

I've been a customer here for 4+ years and I continue to be pleased with the service I receive. The personnel are SO nice and accommodating. Anytime we've needed service (A/C not working, furnace cleaning, etc), I've been so happy with the quality of work and the friendliness of the employees.

Dupuis cleaned and serviced my oil converted to gas furnace. The unit passed the carbon monoxide test I needed to get insulation in my house. The service technician also got my third floor forced hot air furnace up and running quickly (it needed a filter replacement). The service was affordable and only took an hour for both furnaces.

I own a small house in Seekonk. Last year I had a lot of trouble w my oil boiler and in the spring discovered there was gas on my street. After jumping through hurdles w Columbia gas, and in a frustrated state it was time for a full house conversion.... Oil to gas (and a new AC unit). I guess I'm the first to review this great company! I own a home in RI and my tenants called me the day before New Year's Eve to let me know they were not getting hot water. I called another company first who said I needed a new boiler and it would be $2,200. I was not prepared for such an expense, so I called Dupuis for a second opinion. They informed me they were very busy and overbooked, but they found a way to squeeze me in anyway.
