Matt came out to clean some clogged pipes. It turned out that the pipes were both clogged and completely broken in half between the house and septic tank. Despite the short notice Matt was able to get the pipes cleared and a new pipe installed within a day. Matt was quick, polite, and explained what was going on.

Trident went above and beyond to assist when my shower and tub started getting sewage backup. With it being freezing outside and not being sure what to do - I called and reached Matthew who stayed in contact with me to see if he could redirect one of his team to our place out in Gold Bar. This is a great business staffed by meticulous professionals. This is a small team of highly experienced professionals. We were so happy to have Landon out to fix our outdoor faucet. Not only did he fix the issue but he was extremely diligent and noticed and another serious issue with our water pressure. We were lucky to have Landon; he was so kind and helpful. I have used Trident in the past and trusted them. This experience was quite poor and was with a new plumber that I had not worked with before named Landon. I hired them to come out and install my garbage disposal after having a new sink put in and new counter tops. I was out of town at the time of the appt and my fiance met with Landon. This should have been maybe a $250 job on the high side of things. By the time Landon was done padding things onto the bill, he replaced four things that did not need replacing at all, one of them 20 feet away from the sink at the hot water tank which he should

We had a toilet replaced with Trident Plumbing and the service was fantastic. Making the appointment was quick and simple. They showed up on time and performed the service as expected. There were no surprises. They were super professional and explained the job clearly. We got quotes from other plumbers and this was by far the most fair price for the job. I have used Trident Plumbing and Drain on two separate occasions in the process of renovating a newly purchased older home. I found them through reviews like this and I want to add another glowing review because I am very satisfied with the work they did for me.
Matt performed a variety of plumbing tasks including installing a new water heater, new shower valve, and new angle stops. On a separate occasion we had Devon install new washer valves. Matt and Devon are both excellent plumbers and completely trustworthy. They do not try to sell you on things you don't need and are very honest.

Devon from Trident plumbing came out to my house to look at a leaky copper pipe. I had made a (temporary) repair. After inspecting my repair, he advised against doing anything else, offered additional advice on additional plumbing issues, all at no charge.
I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and integrity - and shocked that he would drive 20 minutes out in the country, spend half an hour advising me, and leave without charging anything.
Trident will definitely be the first plumber I call for any future needs.
