GPS Plumbing

We had an urgent need to fix a plugged toilet at our guest house in Sultan. Guests would be arriving soon, so we called GPS Plumbing. Mike was so attentive and he came out the next morning. It couldn't be unplugged with the snake, so he removed the toilet, only to find a piece of wood lodged in it. The toilet was also damaged, so Mike got a new toilet and installed it that afternoon. He did a great job, we couldn't be more pleased with his service! Thank you so much for coming to our rescue!

I didn't actually hire GPS, but I would have, and will be happy to in the future. Thanks to Mike taking time, including two phone calls, to understand my home's water pressure issue I didn't need to hire anyone this time. We had a leak from our Moen faucet for the bath/shower last night. We are on our private well system and have to shut down our system when there is a leak. We first tried to fix it ourselves but really had no clue. We called several Plumbing companies, none of which could come out for a fix.
GPS had no one that could come out either, however the person I spoke with was a great help and talked us through the repair, telling us the part we needed to replace, and how to do it. Gotta say I've used them a few times over the last 8 years and this last Saturday my 8 year old water heater didn't heat up as hot as usual. Now I understand that Plumbers are busy but he showed up on Monday. A few hours later my water heater was starting to heat up my 119 gallons of water. I've found my plumbing company and am very happy with the service I've received since August 2012.

We had a water in the wall between our living and garage. This happened on a Saturday afternoon. We called GPS and Mike came out within an hour. We did shut the water off before he got here. Mike was very professional and quickly located and repaired the water leak. He was very attentive and answered all our questions. Recommend him for all your plumbing needs. Well done Mike.

Mike was very professional. Two other reputable companies placed bids on the job, but only Mike at GPS saw the whole picture and included in the bid essential features overlooked by the other two companies. The two new water heaters were installed in a way that was technically brilliant and showcased Mike's absolute mastery of the principles of fluid dynamics and his consumate knowledge of the equipment and systems he installs. I am very happy and highly recmomend GPS.

Had a water leak between the meter and the house. Mike came out to take a look and, unfortunately, told us the best course of action would be to replace the line. The existing line was 45 years old. He said if we repaired it, it would most likely find the next weakest spot and we would be doing another repair. Decided a new line was the way to go, so as not to have to worry about it again. Mike had another company come out and install the new line. He hooked it up to the house and relocated the shutoff valve to an area inside the house (it was under the house in the crawlspace, for some weird reason

Mike at GPS is the only plumber we trust and he knows his stuff. We've hired him to do house replumbs twice now. Most recent was replacing and relocating plumbing in an "interesting" 100 year old house. He was able to design a workable solution around skinny walls, low ceilings, electrical and such. His bid came in 25% lower than a larger local plumbing company and we are very pleased with the outcome which only took 4 days. Mike is trustworthy, hardworking, and reliable.

I first had Mike out to our home back in 2013 to repair our utility room plumbing for the washer and sink. I remember being impressed then with his abilities, professionalism and the replacement parts he used. He does not use the cheap parts that the big box stores use. When he does a repair, he uses top of the line parts and is very versed with the use of PEX. Mike and his crew at GPS Plumbing are our go to plumbers. We have used him for years. Mike has replaced a hot water heater, replaced a sump pump, fixed a leaky toilet drain pipe, and other general plumbing repairs over the years. They show up on time, do the job right the first time, and cleans up when they are done. We are just finishing building a home and asked GPS to come by and finish up our plumbing so we could get our final plumbing inspection. Not only did they get everything done perfectly, they took the time to fix some of the mistakes the plumber who did the rough plumbing had made

The installation and removal was quite smooth and he seemed knowledgeable. I found his charges quite expensive and given his charges I would expect a flawless job but he forgot to dispose the lid of the old toilet. Now it's a pain for us to dispose it off. His labor was more than what the toilet cost me and it was a Toto - so it was no cheap toilet.

End of the day I didn't feel I got my bang for the buck. One could say that a well installed toilet is a reward in itself but given that I'm a value-conscious

I finally have a decent shower!!

I have been deprived of a decent hot shower for months. My other plumber didn't install my hot water correctly and on top of that my diverter in my shower started to go. I suffered through luke warm showers paired with the possiblity of the water being cut off my shower head and right back through the bath faucet. Ok enough about me I just needed to set this up.
