Boo On this company. They originally installed my 2 driveway auto gates about 6 years ago. I was having issues and wanted them took at it. The gentleman comes out and was a very nice guy. We determined i really just needed a gate bolt. and he said it was $5 for the bolt and if i wanted him to put it on it was 119$. I said no thanks on the labor. $119 to put on a bolt that literally took less than 5 minutes was nuts. so he said i could just buy the bolt for $5. he called in to get an invoice from the office and they then tried to tell me i had to pay for a service call. I ordered two remotes from Matthew and He was great. He even got me hooked up with a much better remote. I went and picked up the remotes the next morning because I didn't have time to get them that day. When I went in the office everyone was so pleasant. The girl that got the remotes for me even programed them for me and made sure I knew how to change the batteries and program them. She was just great. Nice people skills. I will tell all of my friends what a great place this is.
