Highly recommend! Super nice, super responsive. My air conditioning went out during Oregon’s crazy heat in June 2021. MPS got me scheduled for a 3 day out appointment when everyone else I called only offered appointments 3 weeks out! Both Maria on the phone and the tech who came to my house were professional, efficient, kind and compassionate. I will continue to use MPS for all my A/C and furnace needs!

Mr Sotelo and MPS Heating & Cooling were incredible with our ancient air conditioning system during this epic heat wave! We called and fixed in less than 48-hours during this!
I think our central air system is over 50 years old and he fixed it, cooking our place as I write this! 🙂 I thought we’d be looking at a hefty repair and then planning our replacement too. MPS Heating & Cooling went above and beyond to make this work and in less than a day!
Mr Sotelo fixed this in less than a day and for such a reasonable price I was shocked! 💟

Not impressed when I called I want greeted with ya. However I was willing to give him a try. Told me he'd be out in the morning and to texted him my address. Once again not impressed. Texted me at 8:11 that he was on his way. Showed at 8:35 knocked a couple of times and left before I could get to the door. Thought maybe I was wrong so I texted him back after waiting a couple of minutes at 8:51. Didn't answer my text until 1pm ya I was there. So I took my business else where.

We were referred to MPS from a friend/contractor because we had issues with our furnace pumping out cold air. Our friend assured us to a specific person, assuring us of his quality work and honesty. We called MPS, explained our issue, and they insisted we try replacing the filter before scheduling. We replaced the filter, realizing it should have been replaced weeks prior, and it helped for a short period of time, but began pumping out cold air again. Even though replacing the filter helped temporarily, I was so impressed he tried to help us troubleshoot the problem before coming to our house and

After searching online for a new AC repair company, this one popped out due to its high ratings. However, they came out and charged $219 to fix it on a Friday, and on Tuesday it stopped working again. When we called them back, they were going to charge us again to come out and look at it, which frankly is wrong on so many levels, and who knows how much more it would cost for them to fix it. Our prior AC guy, who unfortunately retired actually stood by his work, these guys do not.

It was the hottest day of the year in the middle of the warmest summer we've had in years. The air conditioning went out and the timing was horrible. After hours and the soonest we could get someone to come over was Tuesday.
I called MPS after 5 pm and they answered with a commitment to connect with me the very next day. Not only did he connect. He came after hours and fixed the system in less than an hour. The prices were incredibly reasonable and they were so polite.
I would highly recommend them. Their customer service and low prices were beyond expectation. Thank you!!!!

They were great, they made me believe there are still honest companies out there.
I had a problem with my heater. They were very efficient about giving me suggestions, and offered to bring heaters out to my home since my auxiliary heat didn't work either. When they showed up to inspect the heat pump furnace they were very thorough. They went through everything and answered my questions. I was able to watch what they were doing which was very important to me. Step by step they took the customer through it with them, so if you had any questions they would answer anything. It was one of the best
