I woke up freezing cold as my mini split units were not working. I called this company and they were able to provide SAME DAY SERVICE. My desperation must've come across the phone lines. Luckily the units were fixable. Brian came out and saved the day. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He left his card and I WILL be using this company again. Highly recommend. We replaced our legacy AC unit with a new heat pump & matching furnace/ indoor coil. There were a few hiccups along the way (e.g. new-hire techs, supply chain problems, defective heat pump component) that stretched out the completion of our project, but net result is that our system looks/ performs better than expected & has greatly improved the comfort level throughout our home. Isaac's (acct mgr) level of responsiveness to our concerns & his accountability in terms of ensuring total satisfaction is uncommon, to say the least. When things got a bit bumpy, Isaac sent out their crack tech lead

Brian went above and beyond! He talked over options with me on the phone prior to my appointment. The AC fix ended up being a pretty cheap one, and he did not try to upsell me. He stayed in communication with me throughout the appt, too (as I was not present). The AC is working wonderfully now, and I can't thank him enough!

Very pleasant company and people to work with from beginning to end. I got quotes from 6 contractors for this job (remove old gas furnace + AC, install extended capacity heat pump). Jim and Isaac from North Pacific were very friendly and very patient answering all my questions. A North Pacific Mechanical Technician came to evaluate our central air conditioning as our house was not cooling. The technician got on a ladder(my ladder), looked in our attic without crawling through the space to do an evaluation and told me the attic was very hot and shined a flashlight to look at the duct work etc. He feathered/adjusted the vents in the house and added a $55 for labor + $35 for Freon to the consultation fee. $210 and our AC still did not function properly. He was very friendly but did not do a thorough inspection. The tech’s recommendation was that we need an attic fan. We

I hired North Pacific Mechanical to install central Air Conditioning in my home. The Technician Jim was outstanding, and I could not be happier with the work. Not only was the job done in a shorter amount of time then what was quoted, but the quality of work is exceptional. The Line Hide is flush against the house, and looks outstanding. I compared it to several of my neighbors houses who had their AC done by other HVAC companies, and there is by far no comparison, as mine looks perfect.
