We are a commercial service that operates out of a rented building. The HVAC in in our lease as our responsibility to secure a Maintenance contract for. When calling to set up a reliable service for Spring/Fall. I was asked whether we owned the building and when I tried to explain that no but it was our responsibility. I was hung up on. No Warning, mid sentence, hung up on. Safe to say I will not be using this service for any of our stores.

I had my HVAC go out on Labor Day weekend. I called another company and their after hours number hung up on me. I called Lebanon heating and air-conditioning, they called me back immediately and came out within a few hours to help me. I ended up having to buy a new unit and I cannot tell you how fabulous everyone was. I am so grateful! Went to have our AC fixed since it wasn't really blowing out cold air anymore..apparently whomever installed the vents DUCK TAPED the vent to the unit..... clearly over time the duck tape didn't hold up. The house is only 4 years old so the AC guy said it was clearly the company who installed it... be aware.

We moved into a new construction house a couple months ago, and this is the company that our builder contracted to install the HVAC system. Unsure of how the system worked, I called the company to see if someone could explain it to me.
I was told that a tech would call me back to explain. After not hearing back, I called again about a week later, and was told the same thing. The next day, they called back and told me that they would be happy to send someone out to explain it and make sure that the settings on a Wi-Fi thermostat that I installed were correct... for a service fee of $85. I have called this company 4 times in the past 5 weeks to fix my Air conditioner and each time they tell me it is something different and then it stops cooling again. I had to call them today, FRIDAY at 1pm, and the lady who answered the phone told me that there would be an overtime charge. Again, this is a Friday at 1pm and NOT a holiday. I have spent over $1000.00 with them and they have never fixed the issue. The technicians are very nice but seem unable to solve the problem. The lady on the phone was very rude and seemed only to care about the money. Horrible customer service on her part
