We had our lead main water service line replaced running from the street to our house. It was leaking underground and because it is lead, by law it can not be repaired but must be replaced.
Russ explained the whole process that would be involved when he gave us our estimate. It seemed overwhelming at the the time because they would be boring a line from the street under our foundation and up through the basement floor.
When Russ, Mike and Oscar arrived at 7:30 AM they had all the equipment and tools needed to make this project go smoothly. It was quite amazing to watch these men in action, totally

I called Russ's plumbing because of their 5 star reviews and was not disappointed. Had a sewer back up that needed rodding and within a few hours of my call, they were out and had the problem fixed for a reasonable price. Angela, the person who took my initial call was warm, welcoming and accommodating.
I would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Russ & his crew replaced our old home's lead water service line. They couldn't have been more thorough, thoughtful, responsive, and detailed. We felt like we were in good hands from day one. We live in a 1920's bungalow and needed to put in an overhead sewer system. Russ's Plumbing was very professional, helped us understand the problem, the options and the best solution for our situation. These guys are great. They are clean, easy to work with, fair and they communicate really well throughout the job. Also, I had a complex job and they were the only company (out of 5) that came up with a solution that I felt made the most sense. They know their stuff. If you have a problem, definitely get their opinion.

I had an excellent experience with Russ's . Everyone is extremely nice there, prompt and professional. The technician I had worked very hard with a difficult intricate parts to my tub recessed deep into the wall. He also routed drains, installed a faucet and trouble shooted all my plumbing concerns. He was sincere and honest. His name is Chuck and I highly recommend him and this company. Chuck I could tell took pride in his work and wanted things done right and worked quickly to boot. As a woman I felt comfortable and not taken advantage of . Thanks so much to Chuck, Angela and the team at Russ

I recently contracted Russ's plumbing to replace my under slab sewer and waste lines and was pleased with their work. Mike was always prompt to reply to my inquires and most importantly stayed on our set schedule. Speaking with neighbors later on regarding my project, I was happy to hear most had used Russ's as well.
