Can't thank SLS enough. I was in my basement last week and I noticed one of the walls in my crawl was wet around my drain line. I was able to recreate the flooding. A different plumber came out that was recommended to me. He was professional, inspected the line, and told me "in my experience..." I asked him to scope the line to diagnose the issue so I could see it with my own eyes and he sold me on "that's an additional charge that won't fix the issue." He gave me a monstrous quote so I got a second opinion.

My hot water tank was leaking badly on a late saturday afternoon. I got the name and number of SLS Plumbing from my property mgmnt company. I called SLS and a real person answered the phone. Scott listened to my issue and sent a technician right out. The leak was stopped, the tank was drained, and I ordered a new hot water tank. Scott answered the phone on Sunday afternoon. Appointment was made for Monday. They actually came in earlier than scheduled. They fixed my leak and were gone in about 30 minutes. The technician was also training an apprentice, which I think is great. I highly recommend them.

I called Scott because my water heater blew out this morning and was pouring water out everywhere. He answered right away and was able to have his guys out (Tony and Tony) quickly. They were clean, prompt, and professional. Had the new water heater up and running in 2 hours. Great experience with these guys and would recommend to anybody!!!

Existing water heater was 13 years old and my wife noticed it started leaking last night. Called SLS as recommenced by my neighbor and Scott answered the phone immediately. As my other neighbors were had experienced the same problem with their water heaters in the last 3 years, I found out that I needed it to be replaced.
He quoted me a price over the phone for a new water heater and labor and I trusted it to be fair as he was recommended by a good neighbor that uses their services for his other properties that he manages.

Excellent service at a great price. Diagnosed the issue with my toilet and fixed it. I thought I needed a cast iron flange replacement due to spinning flange bolts but instead of doing that, they told me it was just the wax ring and a missing nut on the flange bolts. Saved me $100. Would use them again with any plumbing, heat, cooling, or electrical issue.

So, I had sewage backing up into my floor drain in the laundry room, my bathtub and toilet on the first floor. they were able to come out the same day and worked efficiently. the gents were nice and Joe was sure to keep updated on the progress; I appreciate this because I don't know much about plumbing. they were quick and thorough and dare I say, left my bathroom cleaner than they came. This is my first experience with SLS and I was very pleased. The property manager of our townhouse complex brought them in when it was discovered I had a water leak between the street and my meter. SLS ended up digging a very large, very deep hole on the outside of the foundation as well as in my crawlspace to replace the cracked water pipe inside the foundation wall. Great service every time. When we have any plumbing issues, SLS is our go-to plumbers. Scott is the one the phone - he's always friendly and tries to setup an appointment as soon as possible, which we appreciate. Tony has been our plumber for more than a couple years now and he's the BEST! I've called SLS Plumbing multiple times and have always found Scott and his team to be dependable, skilled and honest. We just moved to the 'burbs a few months ago and, of course, our home needed some work. I asked a friend for recommendations for some people I could trust. I called in the morning and the customer service was outstanding. They sent a technician out at 230 PM that same day. The technician was actually the owner of the company. He showed up exactly on time and wore boot covers in the house as to not dirty the floors.

Scott and his crew replaced an old clay sewer line at my house that was back pitched and full of tree roots. Thanks to Scott & his team at SLS Plumbing, for coming to our rescue at 6pm on a Saturday night. We called in a panic when water was dripping from a light fixture.
