We had an amazing experience with them. They came out promptly for an inspection and emailed over a very detailed and informative quote that had prices for each thing laid out. It made it easy to pick what we decided we needed done and how much it would cost. They were also honest about what we would need replaced or not in our very old house, and we loved that they didn’t try to sell us on things we didn’t need.
We ended up just having our bathtub replaced and they were able to come out again promptly and they did an amazing job. They even replaced the drain into the floor next to the tub

We had a great experience with Intercounty Plumbing. They came out promptly and performed the actions our GC instructed them to do. Unfortunately, this water jetting led to another clog that appeared the day they did the work. We called them and explained the situation and they came out the next morning and worked on the clog and didn't charge anything. Great, honest service. I highly recommend.

Had plumber out from this company in regards to a sewer smell. They did the smoke test to determine where the smell was emitting from. The Plumber did a satisfactory job, however, a couple of days later the sewer smell returned. I contacted the company several times and spoke to the receptionist who said she would give the owner Silviu the message. Never received a return call back only a deaf ear. Not very good customer service or concern for customers. Hired another company who provided excellent customer service, quality work and reasonable pricing.

I called Intercounty because I was having sump pump backup issues. They answered the phone right away and were at my house within twenty minutes. The plumber seemed very knowledgeable and confirmed my previous suspicion that the sump pump had gone bad. Since I had done this before, I didn't have Intercounty complete the work. They were nice enough not to charge me anything for the home visit which I was surprised at. I will definitely be going to them for any future plumbing needs.

Was very lucky to find this company over 5 years ago, and continue to recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber. Silviu and his crew really know what they're doing AND they're honest. They've rodded out drains numerous times for me, recommended how to avoid some longstanding problems, fixed clogged toilets, etc. Unlike some companies who see your emergency as an opportunity to charge astronomical prices, Intercounty's prices...even when they show up on short notice for an emergency...are very reasonable and the quality of their work can't be matched. These are the only guys you should call. Kitchen drain clogged. Called Roto Rooter and they couldn't open drain. Quoted me $6,000 for a clean out. Called Intercounty and they were able to open up the drain. Turns out I don't need a clean out because have access in the crawl space. Simply need to make the opening to crawl space a little bigger. They spent several hours here fixing the issue and charged me a fair and reasonable fee. I will never call any other plumber in the future. I highly recommend them.

I've been dealing with Silvo for years and recommend him to any of my good friends and family. He's taken on tough jobs such as putting in an outdoor clean out for me and replacing a cracked drain tile. I've called out other plumber for that job and they came in high or didn't want to touch the job. These are my guys!

He was so great! He was able to come out the same day, no problem. He was on-time and didn't have an arrival window (e.g., between 2 and 4pm) like most places do. I had a leak that was causing water to go into the unit below me. He came, helped me remove the belongings from under my sink so he could access the pipes, checked all the fixtures, determined that all water fixtures were secure and not leaking, and concluded that it was a crack in my tile and some bad sealing. He was there for about 15 minutes, was polite and offered to help put everything back where it was and didn't charge an appraisal
