First saw rocket plumbing on YouTube after another company came out and charged me $200 bucks and did absolutely nothing except basically camera the line,and told me the only way to fix it was to dig up the pipe and replace it for $3200. Root begone aka rocket came out with their high tech equipment and totally cleared the line restoring it to almost like new for 1/3 of the price with a 1yr garrentee. Wish I would have found them first. Would definitely recommend their services thanks brian!

The amount of money the company charges for a clogged drain is inappropriate and honestly ridiculous. 389 dollars for a clogged floor drain that took 30 minutes. After asking for a discount I got it down to 319 which come to find out there are coupon discounts on their website for 79-so not even the full coupon discount. Then add on the 3% charge they add on for credit card use.
This company also installed my tankless water heater and put it so close to the wall, we were unable to get the serial number off the machine without taking it completely off the wall when I had a leak.

This was one of 4 companies I contacted for estimate to perform under kitchen sink plumbing replacement. They were very prompt in answering my questions and providing an estimate.
It's almost funny how many plumbing companies play games and act like they are doing you a favor by taking your hundreds(thousands?) of dollars for a job they do in mere minutes, not this company. I felt like a valued customer the whole time. Work was performed professionally and promptly at the time he said he would show up (one other company showed up an hour after the 3 hour window HE scheduled to perform estimate

I've called Rocket Plumbing for two separate jobs in the past month: for a toilet replacement and a new hot water heater. Luis did both jobs and he was awesome. There are parking restrictions where I live and access to the unit isn't easy. It didn't bother him at all; he brought both the new toilet and hot water heater up three flights of stairs and removed the old ones, taking care not to damage the new equipment or my building's common areas. Rocket Plumbing saves me again!! Had a horrible pipe backup and I'm in a ground level condo so just imagine the mess and smell. Somehow they fit me in their schedule on a Friday late afternoon. Jimmy and Eddie show up diagnosed diagnose the problem in about 10 minutes and have me cleaned and cleared out in about 30. The were polite, clean, professional and hysterical. I had another sewage service handle a backup in the stack. They had told me I needed to replace the line going to the main line. I called Rocket for a second opinion. They used the camera and said it was simply backed up and needed a proper rodding. Nothing wrong with the pipe itself. After an hour they packed up. Best possible outcome. I'll call them again for any future problems.

We needed a plumbing issue fixed in our 2nd bathroom & wanted new toilets before BOTH cleaning people cleaned our new condo this Wednesday afternoon & our official move-in date this Friday. Louis was awesome! We had a problem with the spout in our tub backing up into the wall with water going down into our dining room. There was also a small leak in the valve leading to our toilet.

Super fast, they unclogged the dishwasher drain and fixed the disposal....I don't expect plumbing to always be so fast, but they were in and out in an hour. Yes, we got a call from the renter of my old condo that the gas company had been by to investigate a leak in the building and (OF COURSE BECAUSE 2020 IS A MONSTER) out of almost 100 units, ours was the one that had the leak. The gas company turned off the gas and said, "C-ya!" and told us to find someone to fix it. I cannot say enough good things about Rocket Plumbing. I have had them come out to my house on a number of occasions and they are always fast and courteous. When I called them recently I got their voicemail but did not leave a message since I was not sure where I would be when they called back. Sam and Z were so good! They were extremely professional and very patient as we worked to get the water shut off with the building engineer in our condo building. They explained everything that needed to be completed and even gave some pointers for another project they were helping me with.
