We wanted to have a small sectional couch cleaned and happened to have found a coupon in the mail for Chem-Dry. I called and set up an appointment but I didn't know the exact dimensions of the couch. As it happens the $149.95 coupon is only good for a 14 ft couch and ours is 15.5 ft. I was happy to pay additional since the couch was 1.5 ft over. The price quoted was $260 before taxes. Yes, that's $110 for a foot and a half. I showed the technician the door. I later contacted the office and they said it was a training issue and I was over-quoted. I don't know if this was bait

Writing this for my mom because she doesn't have yelp. She was so impressed with her service she received she asked me to write for her. Booking process was easy and simple. We got the entire house carpets and rugs cleaned and free of any pet order. Josue communicated throughout the process and took good care of the house. The entire process was about 2 hours. Staff was very friendly and easy to work with. Would hire again and recommend to family and friends.
