Its hard to meet expectations as a 5-star rated business on Yelp but Salmon Bay Window Cleaning was timely, professional, and did a thorough job. We got our gutters cleaned and they not only took care of all the gutters but did a fab job washing off the debris from the roof, sides, and the yard/lawn. Left the house looking great. Will be requesting their services again!

Our gutters were full of leaves. We joked about the several different water features we had from the water pouring over the gutters. Called Salmon bay and several other well yelp rated businesses. Only Salmon Bay promptly contacted me ( the others finally got around to it after I scheduled). Quoting and scheduling were easy. They were professional, friendly and competent. Most importantly I am sitting here after a lot of rain NOT looking at water flowing over the gutters. Can't wait for window cleaning season.

These guys are great. Alan was very good responding to inquiries.
Michael came out, cleaned our gutters, power washed the house and then cleaned all the windows. There was quite a bit of debris in the gutters. Michael did a great job and left nothing behind. He was very conscientious and willing to take a moment to answer questions. Our house looks great!

There's a reason why Salmon Bay Window Cleaning has 5 Star rating reviews across the board at Yelp, they deserve it! Our gutters need cleaning as it hasn't been cleaned since we replaced our gutters a few years ago. I contacted highly rated by Yelp three roof and gutter service companies. Salmon Bay was the last one on my list. I chose Salmon Bay because Alan was so punctual and courteous in responding to all my questions besides having a reasonable price. He was honest and straightforward on his bid.

I have to boast on Salmon Bay customer service. Alan responds quickly and takes great pride in his work and his customers. Often you can tell a lot about a company and a person when things go wrong rather than when they go right. Salmon Bay is a great company and helps along the way even when things go wrong. Alan was quick in response and gave me a detailed estimate listing possible price range and specifics. Roberto arrived on time with great manners. He blew the debris off our roof, cleaned the gutter and cleaned all our windows inside-out. Price was reasonable.
The only reason for one star off is when Roberto cleaned my windows inside, water droplets were left on the floor. Since we have hardwood I had to wipe them out one by one manually. Other than this I'm satisfied.

Alan was quickly responsive, is reasonably priced, and provides quick and excellent service. I hired his company to clean gutters and clean and treat my roof. His crew showed up on schedule, did the work and cleaned up perfectly. I promptly received before and after pictures to document the service and my invoice which I was able to pay on line. So easy and satisfying to do business with Alan and his company. He'll be my go to guy for all my window, gutter an roof cleaning needs. I highly recommend him and his crew.

Very impressed. Their employee , Roberto, arrived at 11 am, stayed all the way till 4 pm to clean our roof. He blew the roof of the pine needles, cleaned the gutters, took a metal brush and took off the moss manually, blew all the debris from the roof off our yard and even hosed down our windows and walkways. He then applied the zinc sulphate powder.
Roberto was efficient, cheerful and respectful. At $380+tax for our ~1850 soft home, Prices were competitive. Communication to make appointment was done thru yelp with Alan and super straightforward.
