Ning and her team is an absolute pleasure to work with. They are helpful and prudent and responsive. They are very efficient at navigating the DOB, DEP, and other agencies. Ning is very patient and will go in to detail to explain something so you understand in a layman's language. I love this Architecture company and would definitely contact them again for my future projects.

Lu Ning presented me a set of plans without structural drawings. Despite the structure engineering service being included in our contract Lu Ning requested a significant increase of monies for these plans. Because of our disagreement about Lu Ning's reason for this increase she terminated the contract and abandoned the project despite paying over $10,000.00 which was over 90% of the contract fee. I lost time and money and I had to start over as no architectural firm would use her drawings.
