Gadi is a rare breed. He's an honest and reliable professional which is hard to find these days. I was able schedule our appointment with just a few texts. He arrived when he said he would and completed the job we hired him for. The wife was the first home and had a concern. I contacted him and he was back with in 30 minutes to address her concern and all was well. Most would have blown me off as they had already been paid, yet another example of what separates him from the rest.

I had done a bit of "troubleshooting" before the repairman arrived...one of my garage door sensors was not lit up and I told him it was probably a simple matter of a bad wire, or a wire that had come loose on the sensor's leads. He said maybe it was that, or maybe it was the main sensor on the unit itself which would be a lot more expensive (it's a very old unit and would have to be completely replaced). Luckily, it turned out to only be the small wire leading directly to the sensor, a quick and fairly inexpensive repair.

I called asking because my garage door would not property open/close. The owner of this company's "partner" came out. He installed new springs and cables. I had the same problem. The guy came out again - said it was working - same problem. I paid $350 it did not work. He said I needed a new motor. That would cost another $300-$400. I asked why that was not part of the original repair quote - got a run around answer. I decided to move on and bought a motor from Home Depot. They installed it but on the install - they said the door needed to be balanced - cost was another

Jacob did a great job helping me with the garage door keypad. It's an old system that was outdated, but he was able to find a replacement and fixed it with minimal fee. He was also wearing a mask which I like. I called yesterday and he came today right at the time he said he would be here. Very nice and professional.

Jacob had done some work on my garage door/opener 4 years ago, and I was pleased that he was still working in town. We quickly arranged a time for him to address some work on my garage door opener, and recognized that the new motherboard that was sent to me by the manufacturer was not the sole issue of my concern. I also had sensors malfunctioning, and he had those in stock and did not require a second appointment. Alls well that works well, and Jacob remains fair in his pricing, as well as knowledgeable regarding garage doors and openers. I am keeping his number for any future needs in this

Jacob, owner of company, was kind enough to squeeze us in Saturday night .He was able to secure the garage for the night .He came back on Sunday as promised at 10 am. He completely explained the problem and fixed it in only an hour .He was very courteous and tidy. He even handled my two rambunctious dogs with ease .

Called them this morning as the garage door went off track and was hanging above my new car! Jakob picked up the phone on the first ring and gave me an accurate arrival time the same say. He is the owner of the company and very proud of his company and workmanship. He analyzed my garage door situation and told me what I already knew: The unit was original to the house built in 1999. It needed to go. He gave me two choices (chain or belt, belt is $100 extra) to replace the entire drive mechanism, plus he reprogrammed all of our remotes. He uses only top of the line LiftMaster openers (bonus: they have WIFI connectivity).

This company is absolutely amazing. They were able to fit me in right when I called. They were fast, reasonably priced, and very friendly. It is always a benefit when you can have a fun conversation while the work is getting done. I was even curious about the re-keying process and he was showing me all the cool little parts to it! He was on time, actually he was early and got everything taken care of within a flash. He was able to take CC on site. I have contacted a couple other places and this one seems to be the best in my opinion.
