If you do not already have a lot, we specialize in finding and securing exceptional infill building lots. Alongside a Construction Loan Application, we provide plans, specifications, and a budget to the lender. Using Co-construct, clients/owners make all the millwork, door, surface, cabinetry, plumbing fixture, light fixture, hardware, appliance, pain, fencing and landscaping selections.
We are always looking for lot opportunities. If you have a home or a lot to sell, we offer a quick close with no property inspections or repair negotiations. We'll even allow you to stay in your home rent-free for up to 90 days after closing while you transition to your next property. We seek opportunities in close-in Portland neighborhoods that range from single family lots or existing homes to higher-density-zoned lots for multiple units.
Brian started his career in home building with a well-respected, local custom and spec builder in 1998. In 2014, he and Chris started Lightbox Portland to deliver high performance, high density, modern homes to Portland's close-in neighborhoods. Brian also holds an active Oregon real estate license and has extensive skills in new and existing home sales.
