Jeff and team we're extremely responsive and helpful when our boiler needed replacing. They came out to take a look right away in the middle of winter when they were at their busiest, and then they replaced the boiler the next day. They looked at the chimney and bled the radiators to make sure the whole system was working properly as well. Overally, we're very satisfied with JBP Plumbing and Heating would highly recommend them.

I was disappointed. I bought fancy new faucets for the bathroom from the supply house. They sent an apprentice to install the sink faucet, and he couldn't do the job. James came and took several hours to complete the sink and then said he couldn't install the tub faucet without breaking through the tile.
I am pretty sure he had the interior component backwards because the next plumber I hired cut the pipe 2.5 inches and soldered a new piece without needing to get too close to the tile wall. The o-ring goes on the inside, not against the wall.

I wanted to take the time to write a review for your employee, Justin. He was very professional, responsive, and efficient for both jobs I requested. I was purchasing a condo and needed someone to look at the furnace/HVAC system because it looked like there were water leaks. He was able to look at it and get me a quote/report within 2 days so that I could get it to the seller in time during the inspection period. Our hot water tank cracked and leaked due to the water from Hurricane Ida. After getting that situation resolved, I called Jeffrey. He called me back within 5 minutes and by that evening Jeffrey and his very competent team came to install a new hot water tank. We are so thrilled to have hot water again! He is working very hard to help many grateful people trying to return to some normalcy. We have used Jeffrey Burke Plumbing in the past and highly recommend.

The Jeffery Burke crew was amazing. We needed to replace our 20 year old AC unit and they did an awesome job. Their prices were competitive but the service was second to none. The installation crew were respectful and very professional. I would definitely recommend using them to anyone. Five star service and Five star class. Best part is we now have a functioning AC unit!!!

After two other plumbers I reached out to didn’t return my call I figured I’d try someone new. I called Jeff Burke Plumbing and I’m glad I did. James who came out to do the work adjusted his day last minute to accommodate a time change I needed last minute. The work was done expertly…and James was very professional. Couldn’t be happier with the work, service and even the price…it’s rare to find a plumber who doesn’t gouge you on the price. Definitely will use for any future plumbing needs.

This company is amazing. The job was done the very next day they replace my very old hot water heater. Not only did they replace my water heater they also found two gas leaks in my house and repaired them. I will continue my business with them and recommend them to anyone looking as well.. fantastic job and I've dealt with many repairmen. He was by far the best and response time was instant.
