We have used James several times and have been extremely satisfied each time. He responds to your calls and arrives on time as scheduled. We recently had a water heater issue from another guy that James came out worked with my HOA and had the problem fixed instantly. We also call him from time to time with simple questions or issues and he has walked us through it right over the telephone. He is very knowledgeable and is definitely our “go to plumber”: I would DEFINITELY recommend him:

Uncle Plumbing provided some of the best service I have ever had with a plumber. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. James explained the problem and possible solutions in detail regarding the issue that I had with my shower. He also took his time and went the extra mile to help me out in resolving the issue. From the time they entered, they were respectful of our home and were careful not to mark up / damage anything while performing the job. I highly recommend them for addressing your plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

I had a phenomenal experience with James. He is very professional, experience and courteous.
He showed up on time and was respectful of the house.
I had a plumber give me estimate of about $10,000 for fixing the issue that I was facing.
I tried to get a second opinion and reach out to James.
He was patient and listened to the entire problem, unlike the previous guy.
He spent about 30-45 mins in finding the root cause and suggested that it should be the HOA responsibility.
He spoke to them multiple times and worked with them to convince them that it is their responsibility.
