Phase I has a minimum lot dimension of 10,000 square feet with 33 homesites. Currently, we have four new home models to choose from, both two stories and ranch, with square footage ranging from 2, 700 to 3, 200. When severe water damage occurred in our kitchen from a corroded valve, my husband and I felt completely overwhelmed and unprepared in how to go about the renovation process.

Great company that built our forever home. The builder was receptive to our changes and made every effort to accommodate any changes we requested. The plans are not cookie-cutter with a lot of enmities. If we were to build another home, he would be my first and only choice.
