Major Thank you to Cypress Heating and Air! This holiday season our old unit for our cat building decided to quit working, got an estimate on Tuesday and job completed on Friday! Cypress installed my HVAC and did an OK job. I recently purchased some air filters for my system. I called and spoke to Joanne and she identified my account and was able to place my order based on my installation. I waited a couple of weeks for the filters and when I brought them home, they were the wrong size. I called and spoke to Joanne and who said that she ordered the wrong ones and would place another order. There was no apology or some type of customer service to rectify the situation. New filters finally arrived and I went to the office again to return the old and pick up the new. Joanne

Overall, I'm happy with the work that was performed. Enrique Chavez is a true professional and obviously knows his business. I have no issue with how he diagnosed the problem with my system and got me up and running; however, I do take issue with the cost of the job. By the way, I wasn't told beforehand how much I was going to be charged. I trusted that your charges would be fair. Enrique spent about 90 minutes at my house and installed a 1-pole Contactor; the retail cost of that part is about $15.00. He also put in a new Honeywell thermostat, which retails for less than $50.00. My total bill was
