Very friendly and polite when booking, and the tech was as well. I'm disappointed, however, because I didn't quite get what I paid for. Just moved into a new house, and wanted most carpets cleaned. Stairs and hallway look great, but I paid extra for removing 2 new pet urine stains and they're still there, and they still smell, so I feel the pet stain removal was a wasted $75. I'll probably use this company again for annual general carpet cleaning, but won't pay for pet stain removal again. I'll just have to tackle the spot cleaning on my

We are repeated customer of Spring Clean Chem dry. I am very pleased with the work performed by Leon, the owner and I will definitely be calling him again. Overall I consider ChemDry to be the superior process compared to other companies. The quick drying time is evidence to the fact that the dirty water has truly been extracted and is not sitting in the pad.

They assisted me with a move out clean for my house I was getting ready to sell. There was actually a mix up in the schedule where they were unable to come when they were scheduled to so they accommodated me by coming Sunday so I could still get my house on the market on time. I greatly appreciated this and it reflected on their integrity as a company. I will definitely use them again.

This company did an amazing job removing the stains on my couches and carpets. There were a ton of child-made stains that we tried to get out ourselves and just couldn't. Thanks to Leon and his professionalism everything looks brand new. I will definitely use them again!

This company did an amazing job removing the stains on my dining chair cushions caused by my adorable children. There was juice, milk, hot cocoa, spaghetti sauce, play doh and everything in between on those cushions. The cushions looked brand new and dried very quickly. I will definitely use them again!
