We are a family run, professional window cleaning company that specializes in residential services, but also offers commercial services. The Nichols family has been cleaning windows for over 100 years and in 2003, Wyatt Nichols opened his own company, Atlas Window Cleaning, offering window cleaning services, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning to most of Metro Atlanta.
Getting to all the windows on your home is not a problem. Atlas vehicles carry ladders that can reach every story in your home. Our ladders are equipped with special non-marking pads to keep your siding and paint safe. If we happened to see any problems such as rotten boards, mold on eves, damaged shingles, peeling paint, or any other problems, we will make you aware of it.
Keeping your gutters and downspouts clean protects your largest investment from costly damages that can easily occur without the proper maintenance. Even "maintenance free" gutters require routine cleaning of roofs and valleys to ensure proper water flow. Do not hire the guy with the truck and ladder.
We offer both a light and a deep cleaning process for all types of wooden accessories you might have at your home. Light cleaning is used when there is existing paint or stain on the deck. We use care to leave on as much paint and/or attain as possible, while at the same time cleaning the surface. Deep cleaning removes old sealers and all the deep dirt and grime from the wood making the surface ready for new paint or stain.

Atlas Window Cleaning is by far the top of the line. They do any type of window cleaning or pressure washing. They will work with you to establish your needs and then execute a plan that will go beyond your expectations. Their technicians are kind and courteous. They will bend over backwards to make your property better than it was before. If you have any type of pressure washing or window cleaning needs, give Atlas a chance. You will not be disappointed.
