The inspection was done done professionally and arrived on time.
The repair was done timely. The 2 person crew that did the repair stopped by the house the day prior to review the repair and to confirm they had everything they would need to complete the job. The crew arrived the next morning as promised. They were both professional and polite. The crew made sure to clean all debris and take it with them.
I would definitely recommend Heritage Roofing.

Follow up to my earlier review:
They called me and explained that they bill using Quickbooks and this program doesn't itemize invoices. Whatever the estimate is becomes the final invoice. While I think this is a lame explanation and allows for overcharging I appreciated the phone call.
Regarding the difference in dates from when it was due to when it was sent, I was told it was a holiday week and not to worry about that. I am concerned about this type of thing due to credit being dinged for late payments! Oh well, what's a person to do. We are at the mercy of these companies in this

I had a beautiful gabled car port added to the front of my house and contractor used Heritage Roofing to put on an excellent new roof matching the existing roof….seamlessly!
Months later we decided to have the remainder of our entire house re-roofed and wanted the same quality new roof so there was NO QUESTION about it that Heritage would do the work!
It’s been finished about a year now and I smile every time I get up there to clear the gutters of pine needles, smiles from seeing the new high grade roof covering our home and family!

For all you new folks here in town please be NICE. Our wonderful local, long time contractors are all working as hard as they can to meet everybody's needs. Heritage roofing is the best of the best and I would recommend them for any roofing needs. Due to massive influx or new people here I had to wait a bit but they fixed me up good as new. If you new folks can't be nice and kind to our workforce then I suggest you call Beverly Hills and get a roofer to come on over. Troy and the gang are awesome folks and don't need any negative attitudes. Be patient and understand they are human and simply wonderful

Heritage Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. My husband and I were very concerned because of the age of our house. They worked with us throughout the entire process and were always readily available for our questions and concerns, even on a Sunday! The office staff was very helpful with the contract paperwork, payments and product selections. Everything was available online. The entire crew was friendly, professional, experienced and provided high quality workmanship. They started the job earlier than expected and completed the work ahead of schedule, even working around a rain storm

My first experience with Heritage Roofing was a leak on my patio. Steve came out and gave me a very reasonable price to do the repair. The roof on my home was 20+ years old. I listened to the sounds the roof was making as Steve moved around. It was almost a "squishy" sound on a sunny hot afternoon. I asked Steve about the sounds the roof made as he moved around. He said my leak was a warning. The young man who came out to do the repair, did a very good job. He also cleaned up what he took off the roof. It's wonderful to find a company that takes care of the repair and charges

I'm not the type of person to give out 5 stars as I'm always thinking things can be learned from other jobs etc. However I'm very happy with what Heritage Roofing did on my homes needs of a new roof from seasonal monsoon storms and the great hail we are blessed to getting, the shingles were definitely damaged which I was shown at the very beginning when the owner of Heritage, Steve I think was his name, anyways he asked if I wanted to see what all damage there was. He was totally right about most of the shingles were almost without any covering.

If you're looking for unprofessional these guys are the right choice. Had an appointment set up for them to come give me an estimate, they were an hour late and when I text them to see if they were still coming they said yes they were in at appointment but they were on their way. Ok.. fine.
Came and looked at my roof, never heard from them again. When I texted to get an update, see if they could take on the job, they straight up ignoring me.
