Scott Graham has been in the construction industry for 40 years. His building experience began in Oregon and migrated to Alaska. In 1997, he moved to Arizona and has built over 75 custom homes and commercial buildings in the Verde Valley, Sedona, and Flagstaff. In addition, he has done numerous remodel projects throughout his career.

John Grider from and his crew were really on top of things. From Kathy in the office to John being so responsive to questions and quick to give a detailed quote and estimate to his incredibly efficient crew that completed an entire roof tear off (2 layers) and install in ne day, I cannot say enough. The roof looks fantastic and better yet no running around to get things fixed up or cleaned up. I give this company a 2 thumbs up! I even watched part of the work as it was happening just to make sure it was up to my standards and I feel that they went above and beyond to give me the best product possible

I needed a swamp cooler, but it couldn't be installed because my roof was so bad. Sure Build came right away and brought along the needed materials. They had a major fix completed in no time. They responded quickly, were friendly, very professional, and billed me the lowest price on their estimate. I would recommend them.

I just hopped up on my roof to do my "June Roof Touch Up" routine. Though I just got my roof done in 2019, I figured there was at least one misdriven or unsealed nail because... in the end when you put thousands of nails in a roof some are bound to be a little messed up. To my amazement there wasnt a single nail that was misdriven or unsealed. Fantastic job done by surebuild!

So far they came out and quoted a price, which is a really great price. It will still be over a month before they can do the work. It is a small job, replacing about a 3’x3’ sized section of shingles that blew off during our 1 monsoon storm this year. My homeowners ins co had another guy come out to make it waterproof while I wait for the repairs.

If you're looking for a quality roofer with integrity who you can trust, I can't say enough about John Grider, estimator for SureBuild in Cottonwood, and their company. We have a brand new Sedona home done by a different roofer that had an issue with the composite canopy portions of our roof from day one. After the inspector flagged it and the… original roofer sent crews out four separate times with issues persisting after each patchwork job, we were so frustrated we decided to cut bait, even if it meant having to pay out of pocket. Or so we thought. John and Surebuild came highly recommended

John from Surebuild came highly recommend to us for an inspection of a roof system in a home that we were in the process of purchasing; after his inspection and detailed response to us regarding the roof and it’s condition we felt confident in moving forward with the home. Unfortunately other issues with the home caused us to not moved forward to the purchase. Fast forward ten days; found another home and requested John to inspect the roof system during inspection period and just like before he accommodated our schedule to provide his review.

From our initial contact with John, the area manager, til the last nail was cleaned up our experience was very positive. We felt the estimate was fair and we were able to be booked in soon. The crew arrived eager to get at it, and that they did!! We were really surprised to return home at 4:30 to fine the roof done and clean up almost complete.
