We had a window covering, furnished by another business whose owner sold to someone who was untrustworthy, fail after about 8 years. We asked Edwin for his advice and he suggested sending it to the manufacturer for repair. He came to the house, took the product, sent it to the manufacturer and work hard to get it returned. He kept us informed on every communication he received. I just picked it up from him and will put it back up on the brackets tonight. Edwin is very knowledgeable and friendly. He was a great help. Edwin was great I called him Monday afternoon he was at my house Tuesday morning with samples. Everything went smoothly with getting new flooring and his bid was much lower than local place we had gone to.

I recently moved to Nevada. Edwin was my designer
and I have to say he was amazing. He helped me pick out the flooring as well as my granite. Since this is my very first house, I relied on Edwin's superior designer skills.

Probably the worst customer service in Reno. Edwin is not only lazy and incompetent but really had a hard time communicating. Every single deadline was missing and after finding out Edwin was in huge debt to honest hard working distribution I ended any and all busy with him.

Edwin at Feature Decor helped us out tremendously when we bought a house & needed to remodel quickly prior to moving in.
