I scheduled an initial Deluxe cleaning with Monica and Kyra and they did a fantastic job. My tub and my porcelain kitchen sink are like new!

The office communicates well, letting me know if there are any changes to schedule or personnel, and they do their best to keep the same tech on my account from week to week. That way the tech gets to know my house and my preferences. I'm now working with Katelynn who is doing a great job.

Used Green Frog in 2020 for a move out clean. Took them five hours with two people, which is fine, but wound up with over $500 bill and many things still had to be given additional cleaning once they left (baseboards, toilets, and oven, in particular). A year later, I got their name confused with another company and called them to set up another cleaning. When I realized who they were, I decided to give them another shot and hope for the best. First option was five weeks out, and they call the day before to say they don’t have people anymore in my area and won’t be coming.

We just had green frog come through to do our deep cleaning in preparation for our ongoing biweekly. While I thought the house was clean before, the cleaners spent over 5 hours performing a deluxe clean and oh my goodness the house has never looked so good. Green Frog is competitively priced and our two cleaners were exceptional. I was also thoroughly impressed with their quick responses when I was initially looking for a service. I’m looking forward to our regular cleaning going forward!

We have this service due to one of us being physically disabled and. Owning home from a care center. It was to not overburden the caregiver. The choice was due to their high rating and standards. We were more than pleasantly surprised. Especially due to the fact that house cleaning was put on the back burner due to multiple health issues and renovations to assist in the homecoming. The house was immaculate. The window cleaning was outsourced with excellent results as well. We have a sunroom with huge windows. The house was very bright indeed.

This company is over-the-top! The office coordination is responsive, collaborative and creative in making good plans happen well. Our family has done both deep cleaning and standard. Both the office and Kim, technician worked with us to find the best options. Kim in particular was excellent in speed, thoroughness and so pleasant. Give yourself their gift of more time to do the "other stuff" - like organizing and caring for your home. Good work, Team Green Frog!

Their pricing was quite reasonable and their representative ; Breanna was on time and completely prepared with any and all cleaning products she might need. Additionly, Breanna not only did a great job on my house she was so friendly that any anxieties I usually have with new people in my home were immediately alleviated.
