After 18 years of working in the carpet cleaning business I have found a process that gets results. The industry standard suggests you run a soap based solution from the machine to the carpets to clean. The problem is, if you're constantly applying the soap based solution, how do you ever rinse the soap out?
Vacuuming - While the equipment I use does vacuum the carpet, it is mainly designed to extract the soiled water. It cannot remove pet hair or debris larger than a popcorn kernel. Because of this I recommend that you do vacuum beforehand. Objects and Furniture - Remove any small items from the carpet such as toys, chargers, power strips, baskets, etc.

Showed up right on time and very professional. Did all of my carpeting and got out even very stubborn stains. The carpets looked a million times better after Jeremy did his magic. On time, friendly, no hassle, quick and awesome service! Not only he gave me the best price but he reduced the originally quoted amount because he realized the second rug was actually smaller than what he thought. I mean, he could have easily just not say anything because the price he quoted me was really good already and I wouldn't even have noticed. This shows this is an honest business. Highly recommend!!

My dog had a pretty nasty accident on my brand new carpet. Jeremy responded quickly, and was over to my house within days. He was promptly on time and professional. I have used JS Carpet Cleaning several times now, and now my neighbors started using their service as well after seeing the difference it has made for my carpets! Jeremy is super friendly, replies fast, can accommodate any schedule, and does absolutely AMAZING job cleaning carpets! I had some stains that I thought would never come out, but they completely disappeared after just one cleaning! Not to mention his prices are very reasonable, and last time he even charged me less than originally quoted because my carpets were cleaner than expected! Wow! Highly recommend.

Called Jeremy and explained I need my carpets cleaned with something to help for my new puppy who isn't potty trained.
We made an appointment and he arrived right on time. He took his time and the house was perfect when he left.
It smells soooooooooooo much better and he delivered exactly as promised.

Jeremy did an amazing job cleaning my carpets, rugs, and couch. He was able to remove stains from my carpets that had accumulated over the years. He was extra cautious and took the time to put on shoe covers as well as protect my walls and furniture form the equipment he was using.
