I would never recommend this company to anyone.
We contracted with Haley's Carpet for a full interior paint job (trim, ceilings, walls) and re-tiling our entire house. The timeline was April 23rd-May 23rd 2018 and was time critical as I was (and still am) in my third trimester of pregnancy. Jamie Hubble (the owner) was thousands of dollars over the agreed upon budget and was late in her delivery. She also installed the wrong tile and was unable to order the agreed upon tile. Therefore, we were pressured into a last minute decision with the whole house wood look tile that we selected.

We had Haley's redo our floors at our office, home, and at our rent house. They are honest, dependable, and go above and beyond to exceed expectations. Jamie is wonderful to work with! I'd give them a call first before trying any other floor retailer or re-modeler. They've been around for quite some time for a reason.

Jamie (the owner of Haleys carpet) came out to take measurements on our house and show us carpet samples in our price budget. The same day we decided which one was our favorite, she quickly provided us a bid, worked with us on pricing and even upgraded our carpet pad for free! Since the carpet we chose was in stock, the Haleys carpet team installed our new carpet throughout our home the very next day! It looks and feels amazing, thank you Haleys carpet!

Don't use these them if you want quality work and good customer service. We just had the carpet replaced in our home and noticed after installation that there are chips in the newly painted walls just above the baseboards in the master bedroom. When I called the office and spoke to a women can't remember her name, but she sounds like a two-pack-a-day smoker, said, "everyone should expect to touch-up paint after installation" and laughed. No, you shouldn't "expect to have to touch up after installation." It is possible to install carpet and leave the walls as

Worst experience ever. After hours of looking at carpet I found what I wanted. The same color and nap was available in two different carpets. One had a manufacture flaw that was hard to detect but was much cheaper. Its was shown to me by the salesman and the flaw was explained but I didn't want it. I chose the more expensive carpet. The installer came after I had moved all the furniture and he did a good job. But then after it was done and I had moved all the furniture back I looked at the back of a scrap of carpet and saw the number was wrong. They had installed the defective carpet but the paperwork
