Shopped around for a month looking for new flooring. We visited Bryan's on Reno and it was fantastic. Christine initially helped us and came out to measure on a Saturday! The deal we got for carpet and install was great. The installers were prompt and very efficient. I won't go anywhere else now..beautiful job.

The flooring is good and they did a good job installing it. But because someone else cancelled mine got bumped up and so started the schedule problems. This moved the date they were supposed to do the connections and reattach the baseboards. They never called to cancel but I called when they didn't show. They came the following day but didn't reattach all of the baseboards. I contacted them and they asked about 1 date that didn't work for me and I haven't heard from them since. Its been months and I don't have the time to hound them about it. So use them if you have time to ride someone to do the
