I purchased tile at SCS for the flooring of an entire house, tile for a shower, kitchen backsplash and granite counter tops for kitchen and two bathrooms. Khalid came out to measure followed by Jesus who did all of the granite work. Everything was ready for pickup by my tile installer and Jesus did an awesome job on all granite. I highly recommend SCS fir tile/granite, and Jesus to work and install the granite.

Creepy guy who said he was the owner. Talked me into more granite than I needed to do a kitchen. Said if I didn't but it right now someone else wanted it and there is no more to be had. He made me pay before he came over to measure $5,427.00 based on a drawing on a post-it note my husband had showed him. When he arrived he said my kitchen was dated and my kitchen tile should also be replaced (Not planning to do that, its fine). Then, he asked who was going to remove my old countertops, I assumed that was included but it is not! He wrote up some form but never gave me a copy or a card

I recently purchased tiles from SCS for a shower remodel and could not have been happier with them. Their selection of tiles was extensive and what I found was not available at other places I looked. Their customer service is exceptional and their expert advice is very much appreciated. I would recommend them highly. What a delight.

I will keep this short.
Horrible customer service, and there was an unprofessional and unsafe atmosphere here. The gentlemen behind the counter did not acknowledge my presence, and the other "employee" was very rude. Both seemed interested in other things, and I was the only customer in the entire store.
My reason to visit was to obtain a quote for tiling multiple rooms of my rental property.
From the look of it, seems very run down and kind of a chop shop, I would not spend money here or send anyone I know.

We went there on our contractor's recommendation. We ordered some tile in mid October and were told that it would take 4 weeks. We gave them an extra two weeks. When we went to pick it up we were told it was back ordered and would be in "maybe" late January. I can't believe that he wouldn't have known at the time he ordered it. It's a place where once you have signed the order, nothing really mattered to him. After our contractor threatened never to recommend him again, we got a refund. I would never recommend this place.

We have been renovating our kitchen and going to our local big box stores for prices on tiles for backsplash. And by luck I ran into a friend and him telling us about SCS tile is one of the biggest best thing that could have happened to us. Staff was awesome and very helpful, they took their time, very patient with us. Showed us different colors of tile that we had in mind, even went out of their way to pull a piece of wood to see if it was a right staining to match her cabinets so we can plan our backsplash tiling. The price is out of this world there is no way we could have saved this much money

I ordered a substancial tile order from SCS Tile and I did not receive what I was shown. When I picked out my tile I was shown a square roughly 18x18 travertine . Yesterday my contractor went to pick up the tile and it was a Versailles pattern. This pattern has 5 pieces, one of which is square. I went to see what the mix up was. The owner told me that I must have "forgotten" what type of tile I ordered and that he showed me all 5 pieces. I explained that he did not , he only showed me a square piece and that I even had him come give me an estimate to set it diagonal . I told him that

As an update, Khalid responded to my review, offering to make it right. However, that's the extent of his follow-through. I've had no further contact from him. Basically, I received an empty promise that matches the empty invoices I received to justify the overcharges at the end of the installation.
To give further information on this installation - every invoice I had to beg for a copy of, was blank except for an amount written to match the credit card charge slip which I also had to beg to receive. So I have no idea what was the justification for the charges as there were never any

I purchase granite and had them install on Dec. 23. They were late with the installation and found out after that they had broke the granite and glued it back together, hoping we would not notice! We found 2 areas broken. One, across the sink area from front to back and another on a corner, which immediately broke off when leaned on.
Khalid promised to replace the granite, but to this day has still not released the slabs to us and has not worked with our contractor to get the job finished. Beware- he will make many promises, but uses the bait and switch method very easily! Do not trust him

We have worked with Khalid and SCS Tile on two home improvement projects. Each and every time we've dealt with him, he was efficient and delivered exactly what we ordered when promised. He is honest and helpful and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He even came to our condo after hours to take measurements to ensure we ordered the right amount of tile and laminate. Another time he opened up the store when he was closed so we could buy more grout. As you know, remodeling projects have their ups and downs and many things don't go as planned.
