Stephen Perrera, native Tucsonan since 1955 has been in the flooring trade for over thirty two years. He started out working for a flooring contractor for his apprenticeship of five years. Then working for clients like Sears, Color Tile, Standard Brands, and Sam Levitz. Afterwards working a stint in the Bay Area for some of the same clients and interior designers during the mid 80's.
Top Floor provides a wide range of home repairs and services including, but not limited to:. Tramex Concrete Meter showing a low reading of 2%. This is a qualitative test method and can easily be skewed by sealers, paint, adhesive residues or even a dew point problem in the room. This test is not conclusive and should only be used as an indicator unless the manufacturer states otherwise.

Very few people can install solid cork floors. We are so glad we found Top Floor. Stephen was personable and easy to work with, and gave us confidence that he would do a good job. He did a great job of installing our cork floor. We are so proud of our beautiful floor. Top Floor is a great combination of quality, value, and professionalism.

Steve from Top Floor Installation Company is truly tops in the biz!!! Great working with him to do the installation of new laminate flooring in our 3 bedrooms in our 1950's house. Clear communicator, super conscientious and professional worker (each evening he cleaned up all workspaces, leaving our home impeccable throughout the 3-day job), and awesome attention to detail, as if he was installing in his own home.
