My air conditioning unit went out right before I was supposed to go out of town. I called them and they came within an hour and repaired everything for me! Zac was very helpful, very professional and worked very quickly because he knew we were heading out. We were very happy with the service!

Very attentive, professional, and came out to diagnose and repair my A/C system the very next morning. Devin ran several tests on my system besides what was needed to repair it. In my opinion, he went above and beyond, not just in service, but to answer question after question that I had. He took the time to elaborate on all the information he shared and make sure that I had the best experience possible. I will definitely be using these guys in the future.

They always maintain good communication and are very polite and respectful. I never feel as if they are just trying to sell me something all the time. This last maintenance the tech said everything looked fine and we didn't need anything replaced at all. Really find this organization to be professional and responsive.

We had an amazing experience with Matt, who came to our house on a Sunday morning to fix our A/C. He returned my phone call quickly, was at our house in a very reasonable amount of time after our phone conversation, then diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 30 minutes! Matt was very presentable, professional, and honest, and a really nice guy. I am so glad I didn’t call anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend Fonz Heating and Air. You will not be disappointed.

My a/c went out last night. I called Fonz at 8:10 a.m. and he had someone out by 11:30. Devin repaired the capacitor right away, so I didn't have to wait additional days to have it repaired. I've used them before for duct work and they were just as efficient then! I also like the added text messages from them updating me on appointment times and when Devin was on his way.

Matt responded quickly to a weekend call, Zac the technician showed up on time very thorough and friendly explained in detail what the repairs were and the cost. Company response quickly to phone calls and keeps you updated through email and text. I will definitely use Fonz Heating and Air company for any future issues that may arise.
