READ THE WHOLE REVIEW: I liked the fact that I received a text about 15 minutes before the technician showed up saying someone was in route. That was great. About 35 minutes later the technician was done chasing down a low voltage short. Luckily theres an wire that thats unused so the technician was able to just swap the wires on both ends with the unused wire. Boom HVAC is back up and running I was happy. So Im thinking okay $75 for the hour plus another hour because they can. Mind you not parts were installed or changed out. Just a simple take an unused wire off and swap it with the shorted one

Quality of work and the knowledge of their technicians was amazing!! After hours customer service was absolutely terrible. I noticed after coming inside Friday night that the house seemed a little warmer than normal. I noticed that the thermostat was set on 72 but it was already 78 degrees in my house. Knowing that I would get charged an after hour fee at any point if they had to come out Friday night or Saturday morning, I decided to go ahead and call them Friday night to have someone come out. I called about 9:00pm to request someone to come out to fix my AC and the lady automatically mentioned

This company is the best! They were fast and courteous last year when they installed my new unit and again today for a service issue. I called early this morning and had service by mid-afternoon. Our AC unit all of a sudden stoped working. I called Evergreen and they had the repair technician at my house in about an hour. Brent came in and checked the unit and found that there was no power feeding the unit. He diagnosed the problem to a loose fuse in the attic unit itself. He tightened that and made sure all the fuses were seated properly. Glad it was an easy fix. Kudos to Brent for finding and repairing the AC in a quick manner. I’ll most definitely use Evergreen in the future for my heating and AC needs.

They were so helpful from booking the services to completing the service! The service technician that came out was kind and knowledgeable. I am the owner Belmead Pro Cuts 901 N Loop 340, Waco, TX 76705. This Saturday we had an issue with the A/C unit, we called Evergreen, the technician quoted $ 115 to come in on a Saturday (ok, a reasonable amount for a Saturday visit) plus $ 310 for replacing a cable between the A/C unit and the wall! This cable is typically about $ 20- $ 30, I spoke with the technician and he claimed that even after replacing the cable, there is no guarantee that the unit will work because he does not know what is wrong behind the wall- we don't do that kind of work! Wow great service *twice* from Evergreen!! Finally a trustworthy a/c repair company that doesn't scam you! I called because my a/c broke, they were able to get someone out to me within an hour. Brent was able to repair it in 15 mins, it was a simple solution, and he showed me what was going on. Also he showed me there was an additional filter that needed to be replaced, and we were able to get that done too! I've had Lochridge-Priest service my a/c 3 times before and they never told me about the filter!! Plus LP charged me triple the amount Evergreen charged. So Evergreen is not only

yesterday (Friday) and sent the technician on his way. I then called Evergreen and they had a technician to our house at 8:00 am Saturday. David was a great young man, friendly and professional.
He resolved our AC issue quickly and the repairs did not break our bank account like Lochridge had proposed. I will use Evergreen for all my heating & air conditioning maintenance and routine service.

They worked to fit us in on a 100-plus degree day even though we had not used them before. The place we had used before couldn't fit us in for over 24 hours and they did it in 4. The technician was courteous and made sure to check on our warranty so most of the service was done under that warranty. Reasonable cost. Would definitely use them again.

Second, I was a little disappointed with his level of skill. My AC was making a loud grinding noise when it turned on. First he replaced the motor. A $600 job that did not fix the problem. He tried several other troubleshooting methods. He determined the problem to be a spindle in the blower (which was my guess actually). Another $400 in repairs after an already unnecessary $600.
