Honest, Professional, and Reliable. Lane Services was there when AHS kept giving me the run around and gave me good advice. We have American Home Shield and they have sent Lane’s Service out every time we have AC issues. They are fast, responsive, and usually come same day. The problem is almost always fixed immediately. We will continue using Lane’s even after we discontinue our AHS contract.

Lane Services was not only fast and efficient, but happily communicated with me during my daily update request to him. In fact, he was the only part of the process that wasn't an issue. He went above and beyond to get our AC up and running as quickly as possible. All the while being professional, respectful, and most of all understanding with my… frustration brought on by AHS. Technically, I was not Lane Service's customer... I am a customer of AHS who is a customer of Lane Services. And though that is the reality here, Jeff with Lane Services treated me more like a customer than AHS ever

We are getting a brand new AC system today. I am so grateful for Lane Services, I can't recommend them enough! They were dispatched on Monday night after close of business. They came out first thing Tuesday morning and are installing an entire new AC system today. They have been nothing but professional and kept in constant communication from the… start. They have been completely sympathetic after hearing what we have been through with the last company for the last month. If you ever have a problem with your HVAC system in the area, make sure to give them a call first!

I initially got started with Lane because they were the repair service for American Home Shield home warranty co. I don't use the warranty co. anymore but I still use Lane Heating & A/C. Just like all the other reviews that I've read about Lane, they are professional, courteous, friendly and have gone above & beyond more than once, in servicing our A/C over the years, and they will do their very best to get to you as soon as they possibly can. I know because I've called them at some odd times.

Our air stopped working yesterday afternoon so I opened a service request with our home warranty company. It was after hrs but I left a voicemail for Lane Services and got a call back first thing this morning. They were able to put us into their first apt slot which was so great! Typically I feel like we’ve had to wait a few days to get an apt with other companies. Steve was able to fix the AC in 20 min! It was such a great experience. Highly recommend.

This company was sent to me through American Home Shield. Scheduling was easy and my calls were quickly returned. Chad was fantastic! Punctual, polite, professional and honest. Within 5 minutes he found an issue 3 previous techs (from other companies) had missed. He was very thorough. I never felt rushed and he answered all my questions. He listened to what I had to say and was super helpful. My house has never been cooler and I would recommend this company to anyone!

Was referred to Lane service thru American Home Shield. They were prompt in scheduling an appointment . Was on time and diagnosed my problem (breaker). Came back after breaker was replaced to check the unit. That is above and beyond expected service. Thanks Chad. This is a family owned business and you can tell that customer satisfaction is a high priority for them.

This is a delayed review, but I have had such great experiences with these guys that I felt the need to write a one. Lane Service was dispatched by our home warranty company for various a/c issues at our old property. These guys have always been professional, friendly, and best of all, knowledgeable. Jeff (I hope I remember that correctly) came to our new property to fix our super old upstairs a/c unit after it was leaking through the first floor ceiling. He was there within a few hours and came back a short time later when we became aware of the underlying problem. He was able to get the part
