I cant say enough good things about this company. Within an hour of my first call, I had not only had my AC assessed, but also given several differnt options for replacement of my old unit. 2 days after that I had the unit that I had chosen installed. Going the distance for me, they drove to South Texas to get the exact unit I asked for. The entire process was painless. As well, financing was a breeze. If you have a bad AC, this company will go the distance to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

We had our ducts and vents cleaned after a huge renovation and couldn’t be more pleased with Alltek Services! I had to switch the days and they were very flexible. Great communication and answered all my questions. Also, very thorough and quick. We will definitely use them again in the future! Looking forward to having clean air circulation now!

I originally called Alltek to get a second opinion because another company that I found on Angis (so-called top 10 rated) wanted to replace the entire HVAC system….this would’ve cost over $5K!
So I decided to call Alltek, they were able to get experts on-site the next day, they were also able to quickly diagnose the true problems and get the repairs done quickly and professionally.
Calling Alltek saved me thousands of dollars and I am greatly appreciative of that!

I am disappointed with this company. They do poor work and will find way to charge you instead of honoring their warranty. I paid for two brand new systems. A few months later problems starting to show up. They kept sending techs out. Finally the owner came out and the issue was resolved. I got bill for all of this, whether they fixed the problem or not. When inquiring about warranty, of course they said it was something unrelated to their installation/labor. Soon after, another problem came up. They sent more inexperienced techs out. Speedy response to our email request for a quote. Salesman was here within 20 minutes of the office calling. Aaron was very professional and thorough. Respected our request and even tried to save us money. Not your typical salesman!!! When install day came, Aaron was there to introduce us to the installers and left Rob and Brandon to do their job. Very courteous and professional installers who started and finished the entire job of removal, installation and cleanup in about 6 hours. I am so grateful for Alltek, and their amazing employee Ryan. After a previous AC company came out twice and failed to properly install a coil, Ryan immediately understood the issue and fixed it!! We have been without AC for almost 30 days due to waiting on incompetent employees and excuses. I called Alltek, and they came out and did an amazing job. Ryan was really wonderful, had a great attitude and worked so hard, went above and beyond to do the job right. Quick response, very punctual and professional service. And affordable!! I can't say enough good things about the service I received today to repair our air conditioning unit. The tech took the time to show me what the problem was and explain what needed repaired. The costs were also broken down so I could see how much was going towards costs, labor ect. Highly recommend for any heating and cooling needs!
