They came out the first time to just service my unit when i told them about the heater not heating the way it should.They came out the secobd time and fixed the wiring for my unit at no charge I was totally suprised and I would definitely recommend using their services.

Lightning got my compressor, again for the third time in 6 years on Tuesday night. I called the company that I had been using Wednesday morning at 8, still haven't received a call back from them. I was referred by a friend at 8:30 to Pomykal and they were at my house by 9:30. Billy was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. He had me diagnosed and an estimate in about an hour. Today, Thursday, he was here at 8:30 with parts in hand. By 12;00 my home was cooling down. I was not price gouged, upsold or hoodwinked at all. I can't say enough how pleased I am with Pomykal Heating and Cooling. Being a Retired

They came highly recommended by several people on NextDoor app. I can see why. They did not price gouge me or charge based on my zip code or neighborhood. They were very professional, on time, courteous, and provided excellent communication throughout the process. The install looks great. They were very thorough. No messes were left. It was an extreme pleasure doing business with them. I will keep them in mind for future work as needed.

This is the best heating and cooling company I’ve ever used. I called yesterday with concerns, immediately spoke with a very nice lady from the company who had me set up the next day with an appointment! My time was between 1400-1800 and Billy showed up right at 1405, which literally never happens when I have repair men come! He was very nice, wore shoe covers, was very thorough and had my AC sorted out within hours! Really a great company! Highly recommend!
