Jeff from All Pro Air Conditioning came out today and fixed our AC in less than thirty minutes. Jeff figured out the problem fast and was able to resolve it in minutes. Our AC went out on one of the hottest days of this summer. I called them at 10 am.
Here's why they got my business:
1. They actually answered the phone in person.
2. They were able to give me a ballpark figure without the usual, "It all depends..."
3. They were able to come the same day.
4. They were polite and professional on the phone.
Here's why they'll keep my business:
1. The serviceman easily identified what was wrong and had a replacement part with him.
2. He explained what the problem was and gave extra information.
3. He was honest. The price was about half of what it was estimated
