DON'T SHOP HERE.
May try and cheat you, horrible service. They quoted $10.00 to make two copies of my house key. When they came back they said $10 A PIECE, which is NOT what they said. When I protested, they insisted they were right.
At best, even if I DID misunderstand them, they were absolutely awful in addressing my concern or even admitting they may have misspoke.
At worse, they are cheating people by intentionally being vague and then charging a higher price. Given how horribly they treated me, I don't put it past them they are cheating people.

Extremely rude, not helpful. I suspect this business won't be around long if this is a typical experience. Called in to ask about a specific pivot hinge. I asked if they had it in stock and if I could come take a look at the hinge - I need a bunch of them for a tight-space application. Over the phone, the guy demanded I buy it before looking at it because he "didn't have time" for someone who wants to look. Guess I'll look and buy somewhere else.

Waited until they told me they couldn’t make my key. I asked them if they knew of anywhere nearby that could (I was desperately needing a key before I left for the airport), to which they responded “nowhere in midtown.” I pushed a little saying I’m sure someone in midtown could...then dismissively they were like “nope! Go ask your building.”
Literally one block over at S & P they could. Now I Have two new sets of keys in mere mins. Do yourself a favor and go to 47th St at S & P Locksmith where they are friendly and fast!

Came in to get copies of keys made and purchase a few combination locks and the guy was incredibly rude and practically told me that he didn’t have time to assist me in getting the correct key... He seemed annoyed and was taking it out on me. I was in the store for 6 minutes for something that would have taken less than 10 minutes to do. I would have gladly come back at later time if needed. The store wasn’t busy and only had one other customer.
