Over the years I have used this company several times. I have always found them to be knowledgeable and fairly priced, with good service.
This past Sunday I called and left a message because my garage door was making sounds. Despite being closed on Sunday, Barbara called me back. She gave me some pointers on what to try. Barbara said she was out with family but would call me back after 3pm to check if I still needed to schedule an appointment. Her advice worked and I was able to solve the problem. Our garage door got stuck in the open position and other places I called couldn't get to me for 3-4 days. I spoke with Barb at All Access and she understood the urgency and got us scheduled for the next day. All Access gave us information about our builder-grade cheap system and suggested ways to keep it from continuing to break. Their pricing was fair and they worked quickly to get it fixed. Definitely recommend!!

It has been a few years since I needed service on my garage door from All Access but they came through just as I figured they would. Got home from shopping around 4pm and the door would not open, went up about two feet and stopped. Thought my garage door opener was toast but one of the springs had broke. So called All Access and Barbara set me up for 1:30pm the next day. Matt was the tech and he did a great job. Not only did he install a new pair of springs, he also recommended replacement of the original rollers which were really noisy and old. My 25 year old door now is as quiet and smooth

I called about 11 am to discuss a garage door opener problem. Barbara, the lady who answered, told me she could have a tech come by between 1 and 2 pm but sooner if someone became available. In just a few minutes a tech called to say he could be at my house in 15 minutes. When he arrived, we discussed my problem and the possible solutions including the prices. Since my opener was 20 years old, I decided to replace both the opener and the springs. He had all the new parts on his truck so he went to work. Because I am somewhat disabled, he helped me move some fairly heavy items to give him access

I was totally amazed with the service from All Access from Barbara in the office to Shawn who arrived to check the damage to my door. I backed into it several months ago before it was completely open and bent the bottom. I was afraid I would have to buy a new door. Shawn arrived exactly on time and after checking said he could fix it. A short time later it was as good as new. Thank you!

Let me start of by saying my garage is currently still under warranty. I called because I have been having problems with water getting into my garage and ruining my things. After today's rain storm, I called for them to come look at it and immediately the lady on the phone was trying to sell me a new motor? Then she proceeded to tell me what she THINKS is the problem without even trying to send someone out. ALL WHILE I STILL HAVE MY WARRANTY. In the end, she is still trying to charge me to have someone come out and she continued to tell me it's my motor WITHOUT even seeing the problem

After 2 long days of research and calling 7 different companies, I finally found "the one". Believe me, it's important to do your research. I want to feel like you want my business. Most companies, generally speaking, will do a crappy job AND over charge you.
All Access Garage Door is the BEST! Hands down. Starting with Barbara the office lady, to Travis the technician. Barbara was very friendly, informative, and understanding of my needs. Same goes for Travis. I also knew he was very knowledgeable and courteous the minute I met him. He did a great job in a very reasonable time

These guys are awesome! They replaced our opener a couple of years ago. They're fast, professional, and on time.
This time we had a different issue due to the age of the door. Called on Monday, got someone here on Tuesday. Again, they were on time, actually early. Took Travis literally 2 seconds to diagnose the issue and 5 to fix it. Reasonably priced and bought us 3-4 more years out of a 20 year old door.
I'd recommend them to anyone.

Forget the home warranty!
Got home last night and when we closed the garage door, it completely come off the tracks :-O. Come to find out, the wind had knocked a flagpole that was in the corner in the way of the door closing.
I called the home warranty co. because we've been in the house less than a year and I thought maybe they would cover it. The contractor called me and said they could come on Monday (did I mention that this happened on a Thursday night)!? Needless to say, my response was "no thank you - I'll find somebody else".
All access had put in our garage door
