It took over a year of appointments to get my heater and air conditioner to turn on. Both heater and A/C turn on, but thermostat doesn't read auto temperature or auto adjust to be the correct temperature for the house. After 1 years worth of work and ordering the same part multiple times, I decided to find another company in order to complete the work.
When calling the company to adjust the bill (since I paid for a part that didn't work, but had a warranty) I was told multiple times over a period of 3 months that the owner would call me back. The owner never called me back.

My inducer randomly broke on a brand new home build. The part was under warranty but had to wait for manufacturer to send the part overnight. The technician was great and had me going in about an hour after receiving the part, highly recommended.

I've been using Reid Plumbing since 2002. I bought a beautiful but old limestone house that needed some work. They've installed new energy efficient heating and air conditioning. They've re-plumbed a few bathrooms and helped with numerous problems from clogs to water heaters to water pressure and more. They are amazing. They will take seemingly hard jobs, that others turned down or submitted a ridiculous bid for, and make them look easy. They are quick. The work is always excellent.

Honestly hands down best service I’ve ever had and probably ever will have. Outstanding service. Sometimes when working on things he didn’t leave until he was sure he’s done everything he could. Even if that means midnight to one am. Couldn’t ask for better service and even suggested things on stuff he wasn’t even there to fix that I was trying to fix. His name was Quin. I’m in the Manhattan area. This guy is the best. Will always do business here.

Our furnace went out last week. Contacted several companies for an estimate and Reid Plumbing gave me a price that couldn't be beat for a entire new HVAC system. they were able to schedule a date and even did the work as the snow was coming down. Very friendly team of guys who did the work. The work was top notch and everything works like a charm now. would highly recommend anyone looking for a new HVAC call Reid plumbing. we will definatley be contacting Reid for all our HVAC and plumbing needs in the future.

Used this company to set-up a whole house filter system. We found out through a reputable company that our whole house filtering system was not routed through whole house. This was what we paid a small fortune for and did get desired service. We just spent over $500 to get it routed through whole house. Would not recommend.

Shane with REID came to the house to repair and replace a 4 in sewer line. Small backyard and tight space! He didn't tear the yard up and also dug up our HIBISCUS PLANTS and put them in a barrel for us! We are so far, HAPPY & VERY CONTENT with the job done well and the price is right! I lived in a house that was managed by Reid Rentals, the same people in Reid Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. The house was cooled by window AC units that were inefficient and so loud that I couldn't keep my bedroom unit on at night, but the property managers couldn't do anything about it apparently. The worst part was definitely the roaches! I wasn't told about the roaches when I moved in, despite asking.
